Anyone notice that bane's ethnicity tends to change in the cartoons? (I'm not sure of his exact ethnicity but I think it is in the Spanish park, I'm using Tell Tales bane as reference)

He's from the fictional, Caribbean island nation of Santa Prisca. Which is basically a stand in for Cuba. So yeah, he should be a Latino.
