I think "keeping the plan broad on purpose" is a big lesson I can learn for this video! I tend to set unrealistic goals or very detail oriented goals, that I end up freaking out and giving up on them before the journey even begins. Thanks for this!

Exactly! when the plan is broad and you focus on the direction instead of the goal it becomes much more motivating! I hope this helps you move towards your goals without giving up on them 💙

@@AccidentalAdult All you need is a graphic tablet (for example XPPen Artist 13.3 Pro) and some software like Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
There are plenty of tutorials on RUclips.

This is very interesting... I never tried this method before..it looks interesting and achievable but how do you fit everyday tasks like work, cooking, dishes etc. Are they not meant to be in this journal?

I really hope you give this method a try!
When I first started the journal, I did this method daily. So you can definitely breakdown your tasks into daily tasks if this is how you prefer to do it.
I personally don't use the method daily because I find it overwhelming. To me, everyday tasks like cooking or dishes or resetting the house, are going to get done whether it was in the journal or not. So for me, I find that writing down daily tasks is repetitive. I personally prefer to do it weekly, see what I have in general, and organize my time accordingly.
Also, writing just 7 items per category forces you to be intentional with the tasks you write down, which helps you prioritize your time on the things that matter the most.
      I hope this helps!
