Imagine being in similar situations but with no weapons and no team along with not choosing to be in situations that are extremely stressful with no way to defend your self but your mind.... That's where I'm at now....a few years later and nobody can relate or help me.....
Respect to Dale, but his doctrine of the Army combatives is garbage. The regular army did not train us that well on it. I knew not a lot before enlisting and the combatives training in basic training was a joke. The only thing you will get out of it is learn the definition of a rear naked choke hold.
