Introducing a new bakery that opened on February 16, 2024. A new specialty koppepan shop has opened, an evolution of "Mary-chan's Koppe Shop," which was open only twice a month! With a "laboratory" theme, all staff members wear white coats! The day before the opening was a busy day of preparation and training, but on the first day of opening, many customers came to the store and everything was sold out in just over two hours. This time, I was unable to purchase anything because it was sold out, so I would like to visit again.

Hairnet of food processors or anyone that steps into a production area is mandatory per GMP or HACCP standards. Noticed all food processors in the vid including trainers and the owner do not practice this. Chance of hair contamination therefore is high.
