I love watching vlogs and cooking videos! I just made Korean curry yesterday. I usually do chicken but did a turkey tenderloin that I had to use. I usually use the same veggie combo but also bell peppers. Neat to see how different everyone cooks too. I usually sauté the chicken first, then add veggies, then add water (just enough to cover everything), then let it boil until veggies are tender then I add the cubes and powder directly into the pot and let the hot water break it apart. Then eat it with white rice and kimchi 😋

Today is my lucky day, seeing both insta update and new youtube post by Charis. Love watching Lydia being in the kitchen and wanting to help mummy with the prep and also cooking. She's such a sweet girl n a great sis. Do you like oyster sauce? You may wanna try adding a tp of oyster sauce for red meat dishes when the dish is almost done, it level up the flavor which is so good, hope you like it.

Hi Charis! My brother in law is a farmer, he told me not to eat cucumber with skin on, he says it needs to be heavily sprayed with insecticides to have good harvest so i always peel my cucumbers

For easy one pot curry u just cook everything in a pot with water and once it almost done add the curry blocks, it will melt and incorporate with the liquid in the pot. I know Koreans use that brand alot, as I do.
