I think Tom got so much publicity in Avengers it kind of took away from the other actors .I don't think the producers realized what an impact Tom would have had on the public as Loki. Same thing in Thor 2 the dark world. Tom playing Loki kinda steals the show. I do wish they would have put him in the movie Avengers anyway. Maybe at the end of the show where he would show up and help them out. Can't wait for Thor 3. And sure as hell don't want to see Chris as a woman. That's all man there .

That is def Tom's talent as an actor. Loki in itself is a fascinating character, but tom really went over the top and brought it to life. His charm has a magnetic quality and he knows how to overlay all those complex emotions to create an authentic, human and vulnerable character anyone could sympathize with. He knows how to create masks over masks, and you know, especially when he just delicately peels off the edge of the first to just slightly bare and show the off the second or third, THAT IS MY JAM RIGHT THERE.
But just think how perfect the movie would have been with Tom in it as Loki. Its so sad with all the fans that Tom has and we can't have no loki. Shame on you marvel!!!!!! You have hurt all Tom fans.
Just think how stupid it would have been if they'd undone all the progress Loki made in The Dark World just to make him a villain again for Avengers 2? Waiting to continue his story till the next Thor movie made far more sense.

At the end of the final battle, Loki and Heimdal have a huge fight in which they simultaneously destroy each other. If they do that in the film I will cy my eyes out. But they still need to at least mention Lokis kids (Sleipnir, Fenrir, Hel and Jormungandr)! Especially since they all play an important part in the war.
