    How do you clean your work surface after chocolate making and can we cool the chocolate on granite platform..I see you use wooden surface

      Amazon. The best are for chocolate bon-bons polycarbonate molds. More expensive, but easier to use and last forever.

      @@khurshed36 that's what happened to me exactly. Those are good if you don't want to fill your bon-bons, only flavour the chocolates, those silicon ones. Polycarbonate molds are the real deal!😊

      Pretty sure she was talking about for tempering chocolate, in which case they don't. Water will make the tempered chocolate gritty and rough.

      No she has used real chocolate, compound doesn't contain coco butter hence it doesn't require tempering
