Fixed: iPhone touch screen not working - try HARD RESET.

If your iPhone touch digitizer display screen is not working,
try to HARD Reset your iPhone.
It is very simple process that only takes about 30 seconds:
First, press the volume up "+" button once,
next, press the volume down "-" button once,
then, press and hold POWER button.
Wait until you see the Apple logo, and then release the POWER button.
Your touch screen should start working again.
