I've now been through 3 power supplys on my Pro Seamer. Very frustrating when using it in my tasting room to have apiece of equipment go down when it's less than a month old. When will you guys have a good power supply?
Awesome, the missing piece for canning is an affordable, fast, handsfree counterfiller(to be able to have one can being filled while the is being seamed. Your bottle filler kit is nice, but it keeps you from doing anything else the time of the filling, and that a big downside when having 60-80L batches.
Yes we have another device that will do this for you. We have an auto bottle and can filler and this will be about AUD$120 and hopefully available at the end of the year.
@@KegLand Shut uuuuuuuuuuuuuup????? take my money! I've a really big order planned for january, I really hope I can add this to the mix :) Do you have already some picture/web page/video about it? What is its name?
Can I use this method and machine to make something, not as oxygen-sensitive as an example, a carbonated energy drink or sports drink. I noticed a big emphasis on overfilling and placing on foam for the beer in the example
It's starting to get to the point where you are better off just waiting for the next version of a product when it's released by Kegland. Unsure if I am willing to drop $500 on the new RAPT fridge for instance when undoubtedly V2 will be bigger and better. The Kegerator Series X and 5 iterations of the Robobrew/Brewzilla. It's good that they are being innovative and releasing new stuff though so I dunno, catch 22 situation for a lot of people.
@@dfross87 exactly. That's the catch 22 situation. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Sometimes the release of a new model isn't far behind the old one though. Perhaps just get it right the first time?
Yes I know it's difficult. Many of our products are constantly under review and we are always looking for things we can improve. So it's all about how long you want to wait.
I think it's great that a company continues to improve its product versus just sitting back and collecting cash. It shows they care about the customer and their product..
I have not experience with the plastic cans but the first thing I do is always check the actual overlap. If your overlap is good this is generally the most important thing to getting a good seam.
Can you please email us photos and/or video with some high resolutions of the cut cross section of the can. Please send this to our customerr service team with your purchase order/invoice number and they will assist you.
Can you tell me had this for quite some time am having trouble with cans over gassing in storage all my cans have been canned from a keg with was gassed with co2 do I need to store the cans in a fridge once full need a little advice thanks
You're getting refermentation inside your can. You just need to monitor any post fermentation sugar additions. If you are adding any additional fruit, sugar, etc post fermentation, make sure you stabilize first
That's an Open ended Spanner bty not a Ring Spanner. What is the payback in terms of pints brewed for a Home Brewer. I think I saw somewhere that the cans were 40-50p each and non re-usable. A pint of my normal brew costs me 40-50p, this is doubling the cost.
The best price I have been able to find for a bottle cap (also not reusable) was nearly 30c each (buying 1000), so it's not vastly different. Definitely more expensive than kegging though (and less convenient for the most part) , so I'll stick with kegging for most things and only bottle/can (once I've saved up enough for a new shiny) on the rare occasions it's the preferable option.
yeah sorry about that. I should probably work out a better script before shooting this stuff as I do quite frequently make slip ups like this. Hopefully you guys find this tolerable.
I'm reading this a year later, but..... You could try a "beergun". I think they are about $160 on Midwest brewing site. I bought one years ago. They work well. Oh, and it's a dual purpose purge/fill design.
@@chuckdontknowdoya6100 The resale on these machines is quite high as simply none in the second hand market so if you had the first one I think you still should be able to sell it for a good price.
Yes we have been doing quite thorough testing before the machines are shipped now so generally speaking they do not require adjustment when new. If however the machine is dropped or get a hard knock in transit this can alter the settings so further adjustment is necessary now on about 1 in 50 machines.
Pre-ordered one and I can't wait! Getting the beer gun a couple weeks ago was such a tease hahaha!
Love the can of Whoop Ass...priceless. So many great products from Kegland.
game changer !!

is it only used with your cans or standard other brand cans?
Any 202 spec cans with B64 or VISY lids
Can you also put in 250ml slim cans? (diameter of 53mm, height of 133mm)
Yes this will work with the slim cans too.

Will this work on Canadian Cans or just yur cans. Is it a noisy machine? How does it compare to the Oktober Seamer? When is it available in Canada?
Buy the oktober seamer don’t go through the hassle with all these third party re sellers
Recently Purchased works fine on plastic cans but wont work for fluid with co2 gas. like cola.. unless you have an answer 🙂

What about 330ml sleek cans, can be close 100%?
202 spec sleek cans are fine
Can I get a 75mm chuck and do food cans my man?
We only have a chuck for 100mm Tin cans unfortunately.
@@KegLand yes I understand from our emails but you have passed on my request witch means we can't get one now but possibly near feature 🤞👏
Can this be adjusted to use standard 16oz instead of 500ml cans?
that would be huge!

For this price why don't you include power adapter?
For this.... very inexpensive price? Also, a seperate power adapter makes it easier to sell in different markets
Is there an adapter to do Crowlers?
that would make this thing a game-changer!
Does it do sleek cans (200/250ml) ?
Unfortunately not at the moment but we are working on some chucks that can be used on slim line cans.
Any update on chucks for slim or sleek cans?
Can we do the can of 25 cl with it ?
as long as it is 202 spec with the right end (B64 or VISY)
Are there any cans that are see through?
Sadly no

Yes they will.

Won't the food splash all over the place when the can rotates that fast?
for food it;s not as necessary to fill to the brim. Most food is nowhere near as oxygen sensitive as beer.
4 dislikes from kegking owners / employees? Haha 😂
