    Rollers are a nice touch, especially with your rack feet. I deadlift inside my rack and always have to mindful of where I place the bar down... Quality of life improvements like this, and your comp bench, is what makes home gyms so great.

    Fun fact: I am the one who suggested this to Bells of Steal on one of their videos: 3 Tools To Increase Your Deadlift | BELLS OF STEEL

    I have their original one and it’s the most favourite non necessary addition to my gym. Completely changes the pleasure level of deadlifting.

    Nice! This one looks like a solid value especially compared to the Kleva one or Rogue. But having a full deadlift jack is so worth it. Thanks for the review!

    Great video, might need to invest in that especially at that price, also liking the rouge plates.

    Nice breakdown - Not sure I deadlift enough to warrant a jack, but they are convenient if you dl a ton and know how you'll store them.

      True. Good thing is this doesn’t take up a lot of room/floor space, so it tucks up against my wall or plyo box nicely

      You should get a small one sided jack and it makes so much of a difference in saving your back. It’s as much the difference between a weight tree and leaving the weights on the floor.

      @@Killer_Tomato I have the single sided Kleva jack which has done the job up until now. It’s just that it would lean and threaten to fall over when trying to slide these calibrated plates on and off and it became a chore trying to steady it or use it. Not a problem now.

    I recall one of your videos talking abt the rollers on the J-cups tearing up the knurling on the barbell? Might this be a problem with the deadlift jack too?

    • @twistedbarbell3950
      @twistedbarbell3950  7 часов назад

      Actually, it’s the other way around and the bar chews up the rollers. I haven’t noticed much of that on the deadlift jack, as it’s placed in and maybe rolled side to side. It’s not as aggressive of a contact as in the roller jcups

    I like this one a lot better than Titan. The plastic in theirs always comes loose or turns side ways

    What is the cord attached to the middle of the bar? I am not familiar with that and what it's for...

    • @twistedbarbell3950
      @twistedbarbell3950  4 месяца назад

      It is connected to my Rep One Velocity Based training device. It measures the velocity of the bar and helps put a number (speed in MS) to your reps, which helps to accurately select the RPE of your set.

    You managed a good spot to store it?

    • @twistedbarbell3950
      @twistedbarbell3950  5 месяцев назад

      Yeah, I stick the leverage leg in between my dumbbell rack and plyo box and it’s basically flush with them and not an obstacle
