Some of my goals: read instead of scroll, run a 50k, pay off my car and credit card debt, figure out my summer garden!
I also gained a lot of weight a few years ago when i got on medication, i completely understand your feelings. Something that helped me be more confident was to 1. but clothes that fit me (i know it’s expensive but i thrifted a lot and honestly having clothes that fit me was sooooooo key to my thoughts around my body) 2. consistently remind myself that I was exercising and becoming stronger than i ever was and this body was carrying me. it really helped to remind myself to be thankful of everything this body can do.
I’ll be cheering you on with your goals this year Molly!

LOVE these!! I would love to garden one day!! And thank you for sharing all of that with me -- I think buying some jeans that actually fit would probably help me a ton because I always get so discouraged when I put them on.
      Cheering YOU on this year!!!

Great goals for the year!! I am turning 40 in November and I have a 40 by 40 list of things for the year...mostly fun, some serious, some totally silly. Like eating donuts with my niblings, paying off a loan we have, sending out-of-the-blue letters or gifts to four friends, riding a horse, hosting a soiree of some kind on our patio with our new French doors thrown open (come on nice weather!), and making a snow angel. :)

My goals: complete first half marathon, maybe(?) start training for a full marathon, take a wheel throwing/pottery course, improve my flexibility and inversions in yoga, read more, ski more, surf more, go on some backpacking trips, save money! 💚

We have so many similar goals. Some of my top are: cooking at home more, eating whole/healthy foods, paying off debt, having a consistent workout routine, and traveling. The 10 no spend days is a great idea by the way, I will try to incorporate that!
We are also trying our best to save up and go to Disney for the Food & Wine Fest later this year! 🤞🏽
Btw I also turn 30 this year (April). So just trying to find that balance of living our best lives and saving money so we can actually do that lol.
Also I love your content! And look forward to seeing more from you whatever that may be. I’m in a very similar situation - married, no kids, trying to figure out life still lol. So I enjoy learning more about people that are in a similar phase in life!

Thank you so much for this comment!! It's always so motivating to hear others are working toward the same things!!! And LOVE Food & Wine -- such a fun time at Epcot!!! So excited to hear how all your goals go :)

I’m not sure if you’ve already tried the ACOTAR series (by Sarah J Maas) but as a typical thriller/mystery girlie this series has me in a chokehold!! It’s been just over a week and I’ve nearly finished the series 😂😂

I went to Tokyo Disney by myself (also huge Disney kid!) back in 2019 and it was so fun!! Really cool to see how other parks look. Great video :)

Husband and I lived in a studio for five out of 15 years of marriage. IMO its best to spend as little as possible on rent
