Thanks for sharing these recipes. I have a son who is at university and I think these meals and your quick ones will be very useful for him. I wanted to say that I’m Spanish and the lentils you cooked are very similar to the ones we cook in Spain but we cook it with green lentils instead 😊

There is a lovely selection of different recipes to make up with all of the store cupboard ingredients that is in the kitchen and I have really enjoyed seeing from you all of the warm homemade dinners that you make for your family in the evenings and with the leftovers of the dinners that you have enjoyed and made you always have the leftovers of the same meal again the next day for lunches the next couple of days at home. You can always choose the dinners that you would really like and enjoy doing having with your family your chosen family meal altogether at home. I really like all of the recipes that you made and showed us how to make different types of homemade dinners all the time. So glad you enjoyed this :) it’s such a nice feeling knowing you are using up things in your cupboards which would have usually been left for a long time :) I always soak and rinse my lentils to remove any excess starch.. you will be surprised at how much cloudy water comes off them when you soak and rinse them :) xxx

These look lovely but they seem to be lacking in veg, I always have frozen peppers/spinach/mushrooms/peas/sweetcorn in the freezer and feel these could be used to bulk them up? I guess I’m just always trying to sneak more veg into the family meals! The tuna pasta looks so so yummy! X
Couple of "cheats" I use=I keep one of those plastic squeezy Lemons in the fridge to add to recipes(keeps for ages and cheap)+you can buy frozen pre -chopped bags of mixed peppers(Also much cheaper,really convenient and saves any waste).

Haha I honestly think my house must stink of garlic but I just never notice!! I absolutely LOVE garlic!! How about buying a garlic paste? It gives meals such a great depth to it but without the fresh garlic smell (if that makes sense?!) xxx

The great thing about these meals is you can change them up and add anything extra too :) peppers go really nicely in lots of them :) xxx

Yesss.. I love cheat things for cooking! I sometimes buy chopped onions and garlic from Iceland for meals too which saves sooo much time :) xxx
