In my project pan for 2023:
- Bobbi Brown undereye corrector (didn’t love this unfortunately)
- RMS Living Luminiser (love this but it’s getting old and don’t want it to go bad)
- Becca mini liquid and mini powder highlighter (never reach for these)
- Nars smudge-proof eyeshadow base (never reach for this)
- Bobbi Brown eyeshadow stick in Taupe
- Bobbi Brown eyeshadow stick in Sand Dune (love the Bobbi Brown eyeshadow sticks, nearly finished these ones)

Good luck! I had bought Trinny London about 2 yrs ago... just decluttered them I wish all foundations had expiration dates on them...
the ones with SPF usually do either on the box or on the bottle but lots don’t - so I usually go by smell lol
Hi Sandra. It seems Smashbox owns Becca Cosmetics now. They are selling a couple of Becca's products, but not the bronzers. Crossing my fingers that they decide to bring those back as I love them myself.
Yes I saw the under eye corrector and highlighter with the smashbox rebranding!! I don’t think they’re planning on adding anything else 🥺
This year I'll be mostly focusing on my foundations and liquid and cream cheek products, maybe few glosses too... I want to get use out of them while they're still good 😊...

I think this will be the year I focus on Foundations as well! I want very few going forward. I'm not as focused on Project Panning this year actually... I'm more focused on low-buying and using up what I have as much as possible. LOVE your dark hair, you look so beautiful

I always look forward to your Project Pan videos! I appreciate the reminder to use up the makeup I already have. It seems I only ever use up mascaras, concealers, and lip oils. I have 3 bottles of foundation and my goal is to use them all in 2023. It has been so difficult to not buy any foundation the last few months but I just can’t allow myself to buy any with 3 almost full ones to use! I did have to throw away an almost full bottle of By Terry foundation because the scent was just too much. That was hard to do but as I get older, I’m less and less tolerant of heavily fragranced makeup and skincare. That’s another reason I really appreciate your videos, you always mention if something has a strong fragrance. Have a wonderful Sunday and I hope your New Year is going fantastically😁

Thank you for reminding me of the Burberry Velvet crush lip stains. I bought 2 back ups of each shade🙈 because of you😊. I love them so much. Need to start wearing them more this year for sure x

Love a good luxury project pan goal! I def have a complexion/ concealer issue 🥴. Gonna try to pan my Nars light Relfecting and another Dior Foundation in the next 6 months. 🤞. Great video ❤

This year I am looking at using up some foundations, concealers and lipsticks. I have too many from these categories and I feel bad for neglecting them because I always look for something new or just use one or two from the whole bunch.

Have you tried using the Sisley powder as a primer after applying Double Tenseur serum? It is my favorite priming step for long ware flawless make up. Please give it a try.
I came here to suggest this same thing! I love the sisley powder UNDER foundation to blur pores and just smooth everything out. It is great for that! I never use it as a finishing powder or any other way!
I have used it that way but never with double tenseur! will definitely try that
I need to commit to a project pan. I’m always tossing away old makeup because I forget and keep on purchasing like crazy

I have a nub of a Chanel Les Beiges blush stick that I hope to use up, and I hope to use up my Givenchy Prisme Libre foundation. Both are lovely products that I will repurchase at some point.

Over the next few months I have two mini Tom Ford lipsticks I want to use up, Casablanca and Scarlet Rouge. I get compliments when I wear both of them, and yet I always forget about them!
Scarlet rouge is gorgeous - I got a sample and went there's no way this is worth the price put it on and went shit its so beautiful. Good luck!
TF lipsticks are notorious for going bad quickly too, so definitely put them at the top of your makeup bag so that you can use and enjoy them more ☺️
You look so chic today :) And I succeeded in using up everything except my Burberry lipstick there is a little nub left and determined to finish it. I made a list of 17 makeup items I want to finish and through my own project pan and joining a couple others I think I can hit that goal. I want to finish a couple foundations and reduce my overall lip category. I am still on a low buy for lip products and eyeshadows because those are my two areas where I tend to want something. You are right the key to being content is using what we have.
I definitely need to do a low buy/no buy on eyeshadow this year too lol
I enjoy these videos from you. The only things I use up are mascaras, concealers and Victoria Beckham lipsticks and glosses 😂. Oh, and one Westman Atelier foundation stick (my summer shade, will repurchase) and a Face Trace contour mini (Truffle). And one of the WA eye pods (Bisou). I wish I could use up some VB and WA cream blushes but I have so many, that even though I use different ones very regularly I doubt I'll be seeing the bottom any time soon. What is better for me is to decide not to buy any more cream products before making a dent in these, right now when indeed, I'm hoping both houses come up with something new for Spring 😂.
I know - cream cheek products take so long to use up! it took me over 2 years to use up my Bobbi brown pot rouge 😄😄
I want to finish my NARS tinted moisturizer. Its not my absolute favorite, but it's nice, so I want to use up before I try anything new
You can do it!! I finished mine last year too. I go through phases with it - some days I’m obsessed other days it’s just fine
Hi Sandra, lovely Video! Have you ever tried the vitalumiere foundation? What do you think of it?
I have but a long long time ago - it wasn’t right for my skin (I get oily) so I preferred Mat Lumiere and Pro Lumiere instead (which they discontinued). I liked the Vitalumiere Aqua foundation a lot though. I think if you have more dry skin, Vitalumiere is worth checking out. The newer No1 Chanel foundation is supposed to be great too
This is a old video I know, I didn't know that u actually did 10 products but I'm starting off little. I only do like 4 - 5 products. I find that is achievable atm, I unfortunately have lots and lots of products. I'm really trying to get all my half lipsticks finished - I have quite a few nearly done lippies, but when they r gone unfortunately there is no more ☹️
There will always be something new to check out! so don’t feel sad when something is discontinued - I’m trying to unlearn my old hoarding mentality lol

I am project pan Mac products because they getting rid back to Mac at the end of March
I can't find anything on this. Do you know why they are getting rid of it? 😲
@@sparklefarter I'm not sure why they're getting rid of it but I was in stores this weekend to return empties and was told the same thing by the sales associate! They said they will still take packages back for recycling but no free item in return.

It looks like Burberry is re packaging their makeup line. I really liked the contour lip unfortunately this does not appear to be coming back. 😢. Happy the other products are returning.
