Michel, you should look into the tongue scraping thing and how it relates to gut bacteria! I think I heard on Huberman Lab that drinking some water (ideally swishing it around in your mouth and then swallowing, but that sounds gross…) first thing in the morning does wonders to your gut health and immune system. The bacteria in your mouth in the morning is actually good for you. Think about it before you scrape it all away! 😂

My hair is a similar texture to yours and what I do when I have to go to bed with it wet is I twist it into a bun and then take it out the next morning and let it air dry the next day, but the twist helps the waves be intentional versus unruly.

Ir’s quite frankly horrifying that us humans feel the need to take that away from animals. We know how beneficial colostrum is for babies. Why can’t we just let the baby cows have it. The dairy industry is already bad enough but this is taking it to the next level. I don’t quite understand how someone who presents herself as compassionate and animal loving continues to promote products that stem from animal abuse.

The dairy industry is brutal. The cows are forcefully impregnated so they will continue to produce milk so they can make dairy products. They are painfully milked by machinery several times a day and thy live on concrete floors. This new social media push of eating colostrum is the latest trend and fashion since then push of collagen. Neither have been adequately tested and proven to show LEGITIMATE benefits to humans.
