I ordered a P60 Evo on the basis of positive reviews here and elsewhere on RUclips. However, I feel the time has come to question the wisdom of recommending anything from this company given the appalling experience I have had from them. Order still not fulfilled after 2 months, Delays reported to be due to repeated machine failures they are trying to iron out or Red Sea delays. They don't communicate, especially with their retailers. They tell retailers to issue refunds without assuring the retailer they will be refunded. A total joke. I will be more than happy to update these comments if I hear something positive about my order but as it stands, if you are considering ordering an Ava product, from my experience my advice would be DON'T
Hello, I wanted the Ava P57 Easy for ages on you're recommendation, but I waited and waited and was always out of stock and still is, after contacting AVA they had no clue when they would have stock, but now I am so glad it was, after doing a lot of reading and the difference between the 2 motors they use I spent the extra £50 and went for the P60 Evo, OK this thing is a tank and does weigh a bit, but I absolutely love it washing my car is breeze.
So I waited for the sale and it finally came. Bought the P60 Smart as it was the best value. It’s a beast of a machine but my Lance has a leak and my foam cannon won’t screw onto the yellow bottle! Not what I was expecting so let’s hope Ava have good after care. Oh and an 8m hose still ain’t long enough!!!
Thanks for the excellent reviews it’s not your fault but mine as I am totally confused. I am replacing an old K2 with a budget of £300-£350 and the new machine will be used mainly for patio cleaning. Following your advice I have been looking at Cleanstore and I am very impressed with them. I was mulling over the Nilfisk 160 and the Ava Easy P60. Not sure if I should be but I am obsessing about getting the most bars for my money and then up pooped the v-tuf V7 with 195 of them. Just wondering if you had any experience with v-tuf..the 12 months warranty is a bit worrying so any comments on the above would be very much appreciated.
Hi personally I'd always look out for refurbished pressure washers. As they undergo some real testing. I've seen for myself and they are a lot cheaper. Clean store sell refurbished Ava's , they had nilfisk and they have karcher outlet. I love my easy p57 .
My P60 master has just gave up the ghost I've had it for 5 years but to be honest I've easily gave it 10 years worth of wear. So I'm after another pressure washer. I bought a V,tuff v5 last year as a small job machine and I've been really impressed with it and I've noticed there is a bigger model now the V7 with 195 barr 240v so loads of power and a good reputation has a heavy duty machine do you know these machines
Bought a P55 Go for portable reasons to replace a K4 and I loved it that much I bought a P60 Evo for the house. The P60 is robust and powerful enough for my use which is 5 cars per week. Brilliant bit of kit. Great video Dave. 👍🏼
I went for the P60 smart and reason was the light weight after handling a 25 kg around the house and steps up / down. Indeed a very good maschine with the best hose in class, reasonable power up with Nilfisk and Kärcher and good built quality for private equipment. Tested a couple alternatives these days, and the P60 smart was my favorite and I really don't like the licked look of it this much :) Got it for 200e in a sale and it's a bargain for that, guarantee and spare part service should be a nobrainer too.
I initially wanted the evolution, i saw a good rebate on it, however it expired before i had the money, so i waited and saw a expiry sale, they had a p60 x large 2.0 apparently had a upgrade on it, and the normal 1.0 version had a nice rebate down to 225 pounds, i was instantly buying it and ive used it, i l ove it
After watching your channel, I noticed the Evo being used more so I recently ordered the Evo P60 with foam cannon offer, the assembly is easy other than the pin on the lance which had to be "persuaded" into place. For those wondering - it is extremely hefty, I thought my Karcher was heavy until this one. I had to put some effort into tilting it forward during assembly so I feel comfortable knowing I'm not going to have any more tip overs with this one, feels very well built compared to my previous Karcher- Now I just need the British weather to cooperate and allow me to use it!
I’ve been looking for a comparison of these models as there isn’t one on the AVA website. This is exactly what I needed! Can you can add a detergent bottle in the same way you can with a Karcher? If not, how do you add a cleaner, is it through the foam cannon?
I bought the Evo P70 based on your recommendation, and I love it. Yes, I could do with an extra bit of length on my hose (couldn't we all) but living with the 8 meter hose for now. The free snowfoam canon isn't great, but I use that for my wax rinse.
I’ve had the AVA Go for over a year, all the nozzles, extra long hose, premium patio cleaner and recently bought the premium foam cannon. I’ve actually ditched my MJJC foam canon & MTMSGS28 spray gun in favour of the AVA as i find it’s so good at a low foam setting. Having the extra beakers for different products is a real bonus. Brilliant piece of kit.
Literally started uses my p60 evo on friday. Replaced my k4 as hose kept dropping out on the job. So far so good. Got a good kick to it on start up and much easier and quicker rinseing away foam and shampoo
Hey love your videos online and am in the market for a new washer for cleaning my car and so decking/ granite paving. Just wondered which AVA you might recommend? The P60 Evo or the P70 master from your videos but not sure which one to pick 😂
Hiya Mick, I actually test these all on a daily basis along with other models so I have to say im torn between the easy p57 and the evo p70. If the evo had the premium cannon as standard with a 12m hose then it would be the very best. But then again the P60 is pretty much identical. Personally I prefer the evo to the master because its just a better design all round
Just bought a P60 Master after watching this and a few other video reviews. It was bought to replace a no name branded one I bought off Amazon a few years ago (and cost half the price of the AVA). On specs, the AVA P60 has it beaten on everything - l/h etc. are all better, however, the AVA is just garbage in comparison and weighs an absolute tonne. I just spent a couple hours with it trying to clean the patio. I bought the giga-bundle, and tried the patio cleaning head, the premium big fella. It didn't do anything - I am not exaggerating, it didn't shift a bit of dirt. I tried the turbo nozzle and it went better, but it still wasn't as powerful as my old machine. I have contacted AVA for a refund and return, so we'll see how that goes. I had expected so much better from it. I know your review is for cleaning cars specifically, and I won't trash the AVA for that purpose if that's what your using it for, but don't for one minute think a P60 Master is up to the task for anything else.
If you're trying to remove black spots off the patio then it doesn't matter what pressure washer you use, you would still need a spot remover chemical unfortunately. As for cleaning the muck there's nothing wrong with the bar pressure and flow rate of the p60 master.
@@epicautomotivedetailing I am not talking about the black spots, just the general dirt, it didn't shift any of it. I have never used one of the patio cleaner attachments before (on any washer), but it was just useless. The power just using the spray attachment and AVA's own turbo nozzle didn't feel as good as my old washer. I love all the attachments, it's better value than others, and build quality seemed good, but if it can't do what I want then it's not much cop.
I have been looking at Ava for several months waiting for a deal to come up so this looks interesting. What I would say is I get the machines are trying to design out flaws and make it easier to use and there is need for a few different sized machines but the Ava range is too confusing. None of the packages give me what I need unless you start paying silly money. Ava all I want is a machine that will deliver 500lpm, with good cable and hose management. a 10m hose or longer, the decent version of the foam lance and a decent patio brush for about £300. I know you can get the P57 but it’s out of stock apparently due to a recall according to one supplier. Simplify and you will sell more in my opinion.
You are 100% correct. It's far too confusing for people to get to grips with. I've said many times to them that it needs to be simple as 1 2 3 without the variations
I bought the easy p57, the deal breaker was the 12m hose for me, does what i need it to do.. Ava should think about releasing the p60, 70 and 80 with a 12m hose option .. i would have bought one, but the thought of buying another hose and ditching a perfectly good 8m hose to landfill just wasn't worth it
Hi, not related to this video but wondering if you can give me any advice on spilt milk? My mum who is 82 spilt milk in her car boot (VW Polo) and although cleaned up straight away the car still smells 4 weeks later. @@epicautomotivedetailing Dave thanks for replying 👍 yes had spare wheel out and washed that area, think milk leaked onto boot floor and down behind back seats but that all cleaned several times. No maggots for two days it’s just the smell, windows have been left down when it’s not been raining but wondered if you had any other suggestions? Thanks again

I wondered if anyone else knew this?
Yes that's because people are using them for commercial usage and hammering them to death then complaining that they have killed it off so invalidates the warranty
@@epicautomotivedetailing I notice there are a few RUclipsrs (detailers) saying that Ava's only stipulation is that the user buys the not for profit service kit, and this will keep the warranty going. I mean, it's fair enough but why would a normal domestic user buy such a high powered machine? Surely they are aimed at commercial use or mobile detailer use

I think you may need to rethink your opinion on these. I'm reading lots of bad reviews about poor quality and reliability issues on valeting and detailing forums 🤷♂️
Sorry I can't change my opinions of these in this video as there aren't any other comments made by myself other than what's included with the machines, what's the difference between each machine and which model is aimed what user. Everything I stated was 100% factual. My Ava easy P57 has been perfect. I'm currently using this along with the p80 and p70 switching regularly so I will be releasing 1 year updates on these soon. As for the reliability I've seen the odd comments but the problem I see is very consistent situations such as similarities between the faults such as warped washers due to leaving them outside in the frost. Also remember these are the first models to hit the market. Just like any product if they ever do have problems they can be sure to fix them with newer models. If mine ever fails I will always be truthful and let everyone know but at the moment I don't have any problems so if I change my opinions then that would be just wrong of me 🙏

If mine ever fails I will always be truthful and let everyone know but at the moment I don't have any problems so if I change my opinions then that would be just wrong of me 🙏
Thanks to this video, I am 349 pounds poorer 😢😅😂
I'm just poor... 😅
