What did you do about the input voltage/ac adapter?

Think it just comes with a USB wire to plug in to a laptop , battery pack etc. It only 5 volts

If you use lighter fluid on the blank before cutting you will have almost zero statics cover entire blank with fluid then put cutting head down like normal you will see a big difference if you can find zippo fluid the best but regular charcoal grill lighter fluid work's really well

Thanks mate, yeh Ive tried furniture polish, WD40 & Dash SHine on a few discs as they were the only bits I had, and I think the WD40 was quite good. Just put a thin layer on the disc and left it for 10 minutes whilst I set up in Audacity, RIAA, Bass to centre, hi & lo pass filters etc . Im now thinking to add my external graphic EQ & compressor / limiter to get some extra boost into the cutter. Thanks again for all your help by the way. Keep any tips coming, as I always looking to try new things!

NIce one ! You've said you cut this in CD protector disc, what is proper material it's supposed to cut in ? Vinyl ? Acryl ?

I'm not sure, they seem like little vinyl, quite heavy, but I just been trying to get some practice on some Blank CDs & protector disc first so I can hopefully record 10 (3 minute) songs and DJ mix them on my 1210's.... a bit mad, but I learning before I make a better Lathe, to make better cuts. I hear PETG works well, I think the protector disc may be made out of that?
