He's not kidding. the case is amazing. Probably the only thing I've bought in the past few years that delivers a premium feel at a decent value. Nothing feels cheap.
This is true. Whether you actually like the design or not, this feels and builds like a premium case. It's not quite "budget," but it's definitely a good value.
I just ordered a PC build using this case today. I have yet to see one in person, but everything I have saw regarding this case is amazing looking. I cant wait for the parts to get here. My GTX 1080 is due for a replacement. I went with an all white build, I did see they offer this case in red and blue as well, all of them look amazing.
I love this Montech King 95. Been using it for a while now. Thank you for reviewing them so deeply. They are absolutely stunning, both case and fans. I would say they are my favorite manufacturer right now.
It is such a nice case🔥 i just received my pro white version, i will switch my parts over from my current case! can't wait to have it assembled and on my desk😁
Great video, my King 95 pro has literally just arrived, Just waiting on an additional 2 montech AX fans for my rog ryujin III AIO and 3 montech RX fans for the top of the case, cant wait!
Totally appreciate the detailed focus of description of the case. Looks to me like if one didn't put the 3rd and 4th 3.5 inch HDDs on the bottom one could put them in the space left when swinging the fan door to the front.

I will soon build a system in the same case, the pro version, this video was really useful, I appreciate how you explained the connection of the fans and the AIO pump, very detailed and easy to understand, thanks for the video!
Thanks for the video! I'm going to build a new pc and absolutely love this case! This video really helped me plan the build.(it's my first build after 10 years now and i am a little bit rusty) I want to go with this case, a asrock b650 steel legend mobo, a ryzen 7 7800x3d cpu, a asrock 7900 gre, kingston fury beast ddr5 6000 cl30 32gb set, a arctic liquid freezer III cooler, a lexar nm790 2TB ssd, and a thermaltake toughpower gf snow 850 w. And i want to mount the gpu vertically with the coolermaster mount.
Just got done building my daughter’s PC with this case. I’m kind of in love with it 😂. I would definitely recommend the Pro version over the standard because of the pre-installed Fans, ARGB Hub and because the cable management is pretty much already done for you. It saved me like an hour’s worth of cable management once I was done
Hi, i got the base version and purchased the fans seperatly. Does it work with any hub or is a controller needed. Is your front case rgb working with the hub?
@@Makaweli90 hey, I believe all their cases come with a hub so you should be good 👍 I connected my case RGB straight to the motherboard, along with the power and reset buttons. I wouldn’t be 100 sure if it works with the included hub. However, I do know that the hub only supports 5v argb inputs and the case rgb are most likely 12v because the connectors are different
@@Jaylou88 hmm.. as far as i've seen the non pro version doesn't come with a pwm and rgb controller unlike the pro version. I think i will figure it out in a few hours. Thank you for your response. Appreciate it.
Nobody seems to mention: The front panel has a button to toggle through LED states on the King 95 Pro, in which the fans are controlled through a Montech hub. The Montech front panel header has the LED toggle button molded into that plug. I've got a non-pro unit that doesn't have the Montech fan hub (I added my own). The molded Montech front panel header does not connect the wires from the LED toggle button to anything worthwhile if you're not using their fan hub. But Montech provides an adapter to the header that converts it to conventional header pin jacks along with a separate LED line. You can plug the LED line onto the Reset pins, turning that LED toggle button into a Reset button. I removed that drive cage and mounted my psu in the top position, giving me a big area of metal plate to mount my own aRGB and fan hubs.
Excellent build guide, Chris! Thank you! (You're the best. 🏆) 24:25 I had the *exact* same thought about the Enermax AIO (I haven't yet decided which AIO brand I'll be using in my build 🙄), so I wanted to ask you: What is your assessment of Enermax (performance-wise) in general? I haven't chosen my CPU yet either, but I'll likely be going with an unlocked Intel i5 or i7.
Thanks, that's very kind of you. I left a reply to your previous comments. If noise most important go with the Dark Rock Pro (will save you some money too). If you want an AIO go for one without a USB cable and software to run it. I've always used deepcool in my own systems, never let down. Running the LT720 and very happy with it. You can get better cooling or one with a screen, but you need to use the software which is a pain in the ass and will potentially slow your PC down. I use an ASRock motherboard as you can adjust the ARGB from the BIOS with no software needed (not the RAM or GPU, just the ARGB headers). If your happy with the looks of the air cooler and not wanting the lowest possible temps I would go with an air cooler in my own system or a custom curve on the LT720 isn't too far behind.
@@ChristopherFlannigan Yeah, I really like the way those LCD screens look (NZXT, Corsair, etc) but I don't want their software running on my new build (CAM is *still* a buggy mess after all these years, although I've heard that Corsair's iCUE suite has improved). I'd much rather have mine set up they way you're doing it with yours. I think I'll stick with my original (DeepCool LT720) plan. It should look good with Montech AX 120's and still perform well enough. 🤞🏻😉
In your conclusions you said that the case feels premium but I listen some people said that some panels doesn't fit well, did you see anything similar? I like other options similar to this but the problem with others is they don't have a big capacity for 3.5 hdd respect this case.
The only thing I wish more cases came with, even if it is an extra purchase option, is to be able to make the hard drive cage hot-swapable with a backplane. I do have a Lian-Li O11 Dynamic XL case that has it. I would love to go to the bracketless front/side fishtank look cases that are out now, but I'm not aware of anything that has the hot-swap backplane other than the Dynamic XL with a fish-tank style. This seems like an amazing case though!

Hi, is there anyway I can install the bottom panel for the HDD's and also have fans installed to the bottom of the case. I don't want to sacrifise for more HDD expansion for the lack of that bottom air cool blowing upwards to the motherboard and the graphics card.
Bought the case and installed extra three montech ax120 argb fans up top... The fans work but the argb don't... After booting for the first time actually saw all the fans work but 4 fans don't produce the argb lighting... Any solution for this?
So you have reverse fans on the side pulling air in, Are the fans on the bottom blowing out? Is the rad fans pulling in and is the back fan blowing out? I'm putting together another build in the very case, just a bit confused on the fan situation.. I've never built in a case with fans on the bottom.

Just curious as to why Christopher always uses Nvidia gpu's. I get the feeling he is being paid by Nvidia to push their products.
He receives these products from manufacturers and gets paid to build PC's using said parts. He either got sent that 4070, or just had it lying around, so he used it.
I was thinking the same thing. And wondering why someone else answered your question.
@bulufish8208 I just watch his videos from time to time. He builds these PC's for videos, then takes em back apart the next day or two. My guess why he seems to use Nvidia GPU's mostly... maybe because Nvidia GPU's are better for video editing and productivity? I honestly don't know.
Who cares? Are you an AMD cheerleader?
You must be a Nvidia cheerleader. I have no allegiance to either brand, just getting a little tired of the same old same old.@@0000FFz
Very nice and educational video. I love the way you explained every step and the video quality/camera positioning is just Premium. Big youtubers doing same content are not even close and i am sure you will get at the top in no time if you continue like that.
I never build a PC and i am poking around to find the courage and start. Not a complete newbie when it comes to TECH but def new when it comes to building a Gaming PC.
I am thinking about a full White build:
CPU: RYZEN 7800X3D
CPU COOLER: DEEPCOOL LS720 SE WH 360mm (here i want mostly a clean looking cooler doing its job and being budget freindly)
GPU: Powercolor Radeon RX 7800 XT Hellhound Spectral White
MOBO: B650 AORUS ELITE AX ICE (is a flash bios here required?)
RAM: 2x16GB CORSAIR(any othe suggestions here?) RGB 6000 CL 30/32(dunno if the latency really affects ingame performance at this point)
SSD: WD Black SN770 NVMe 1TB (or something around same price)
PSU: Corsair RM850 (2021), RM Series, 850 Watt 80 Plus Gold WHITE(i want this mostly so i dont bother with white extenders...any suggestions?)
CASE: Montech King 95 Pro WHITE
Do you have any suggestions? i am trying to stay on a budget while i keep the beautiful white clean looks and not sacrificing Performance.
DO you think those parts will fit well together ? Compatibility issues is the most scaring thing....along with the BIOS errors(if any)
Subscribing was a nobrainer for me.
Good Luck
