- Aircraft are built to travel vast distances quickly. But just how far can an aircraft fly, and which aircraft can fly the longest? Have a guess and see how right you are. Boeing and Airbus take pride in manufacturing some of the world's longest range airliners. The longest range jetliner in service is the Airbus A350 XWB Ultra Long Range, capable of flying up to 18,000 km (9,700 nmi). The A380 is capable of flying 14,800 km (8,000 nmi) with 544 passengers. The A350-900 can fly 15,000 km (8,100 nmi) with 325 passengers.

Man these numbers are waaaay off!!! So the B777-300ER is 73 meters long, not 63, that’s the -200? The A340-600 is 75 meters long, not 59 (That’s the A330-200’ length by the way). The A350-900 is 66 meters, and the -1000 is 72 meters long, and so on….
Even the ranges are a bit off!!!

I flew a 777-300ER from Miami to Dubai recently which was an 8293 mile flight so according to the 7823 mile range that is told in this video I’m surprised I never felt the bump as we crashed into the ground 470 miles short of Dubai 😂😂

The Airbus 340-600 is actually 247 feet long and the Airbus 350-1000 is actually 242 feet long.

4:57. And the range of 777-200lr is the 3rd one with 15,843 km before the A340-500.

They did better than fighter jets by far: Concorde, able to carry 100+ passengers and their luggage and sustain Mach 2 for almost three hours ;)

Forgot to write "Capacity" for the #1 spot. I think it would be helpful if you added fuel or passenger efficiency to the stats.
An additional metric that would have made sense of a lot of things is the approximate cost per mile or per hour.

Images of the aircraft seems different than their length description. Also your range basis is not on fuel consumption but on fuel capacity obviously those with more fuel can travel further.

For example 340-600 is not shorter in length but is longer than 340-500.

Actual top speed for the A350-1000 is 590 mph, not 683 mph (Mach 0.85)
top speed is 683 mph and cruise speed is561 mph.
Lots of wrong information. For example, the range of the 787-9 is about 14000 km while the video said it was over 15000 km. Another example, the video said the range of the A350-1000 is almost 15000 km, the actual range is 16000 km.

MOST OF THE RANGES TOLD HERE ARE WRONG :( for example Boeing 787-8's range is 13,530 kms and not 15,200 kms :( even Airbus A350-1000 range is told wrong ...it's 16,100 kms and not 14,800 kms :(

The video demonstrates pure laziness with its inconsistent switching between metric and US units of measurement. Most of the engines' thrust are expressed in pounds, but you toss out kilo newtons to demonstrate incompetence. While you are consistent expressing range kilometers, you are not with converting to miles! Statute miles or nautical miles?

What! A350-1000 with a speed of 683 mph? At 36,000ft that speed is beyond Mach 1 (660mph/36,000ft)! A350-1000 is supersonic?
It has to have a ground speed of Mach 1 to be supersonic not airspeed
@@odzergaming yes sir, the 683mph must the speed at sea level or Mach 0.89 or below the speed of sound. The speed of sound at sea level is 760 mph or 1231 km/h. Thx for pointing out.

the A350ULR cannot carry 300 passengers, not even close. The ULR in use today don't even have Economy seats, just business and premium economy. It is barely 260 passengers, a little research would have helped but this is just lazy video. Thummbsdown all the way, I won't even watch this channel anymore
