Hey man, I've never been in an opportunity where I can get coached for discus. I throw everyday and I have a goal of making it to the Olympics. How can someone with almost no money find some help? I work so hard and study the technique. I would love to see how it would be to compete with a coach and a team. I have a PR throw of 180 with a 2KG discus without any coaching and am aware that I need to improve my technique.
