Thanks for posting these videos. I am trying at least one of your beginner's workout. I just started training Hybrid. It has been hard tranisiting from body building. Cardio is the hardest part.
Maybe its age (47) but after grinding like this in my 20s and you reach a maintenace level of fitness your'e ok with, now i just think "screw Wimhoff and breathing, id rather just stay in bed and get an extra 2 hours sleep" 😅..After the extra sleep the salt and water is a great tip...I'd have a double espresso also just to wake up and get the synapsis firing
I was wondering how you do workouts with torn ac shoulder joint? Do you lighten the load? For someone looking for size versus endurance. Physic wise as well.
Actually not unrealistic at all. I have a similar morning routine along with a morning run and I start work at 6am. My suggestion, get up earlier, but to each there own. Great work Matt 🤙🏾
Not really. Wake up earlier, if that’s hard go to bed earlier. Ppl make time for wellness. If you think there is LITERALLY no time for such things just from having a job, you’re limiting yourself.
Go to bed earlier, wake up earlier. If you want it bad enough you will make it happen. I have to leave for work by 5:30 am but I get a workout and meditation in before work every day. Good work Matt! You got me hooked on running man!
