I ordered 2 wigs the first was good the second the wig cap was huge i ordered medium i had to cut in 3 sections and re-sew it i contacted the company they said they would check with the factory located in china you know they always say the order is correct i really wanted to have them permanent i like the hair if you can't send 2 decent wigs in a row no
Sorry you experienced that they’re a great company I have actually purchased there wigs for years before working with them and I never had that but everyone’s experiences are different sorry for your experience
Will now they custom-made cap. Because everyone's head is not the same size I have a very head. We're thinking would have been so bulky if it did not have the West on it. Other than that I really like the wig.😍
@@BeautifullySlayed but I am glad about time they are starting to have custom wig. And cap being that we pay a whole bunch of money for these wigs. And not everybody has the same size or shape head. But I guess if we just been taking anything. And then again they're losing money when we have to get our money back. Because I got my wig from pretty lux here. I don't even know what I can do with the with PayPal luckily gave me back my money. Because they had so many complaints.

Hi how do you order a size small cap in this invisible strap ?? My head size is a small.
