Are these an improvement over the RaptorxLekker hybrid switch (lekker stem in raptor housing)? Been running that for a while because of how minimal the key wobble is
Personally I have Magnetic Jades and while I agree that they smoke the Lekker switches, there is still this unpleasant, rattly top out sound. Is this something anyone else has experienced?
Yep, they aren’t on the level of mechanical switches. I too hear some rattle. That may be due to the wootings tray mount though, I’m not entirely sure. Hopefully HMX or some other company makes some really nice HE switches
It's not rattly per se for me, but I do think that the clear PC top housing definitely makes the top out sound pretty plasticky. I'm hoping for someone to come out with these but with actual MX compatible top housings like the sticky rices, but with the bottoms closed
I have the original Wooting 60HE (before they lubed the Lekkers). These are night and day different. It's like having a whole new keyboard. The sound and feeling is otherworldly.
hi, do you still use these switches? how are they holding up? do you use the default 4mm stabilisers with them? have you noticed any issues with them being 3.5mm switch?
I wanted these but bought the magnetic jades because the WS dashes weren't in stock on your site lol. Are the WS Dashes any different than the Gateron Magnetic Jades other than color? I've heard people say the WS Dashes have slightly better sound and tolerances than the magnetic jades, not sure if thats true.😄
We need a test of silent HE switches only ones I ever saw were the Phoenix HE I believe that is the name. Most HE switches are so loud it will cause a divorce
I mean i feel like that would kinds defeat the point though. These are meant to be pretty much exclusively gaming switches so having a sharp bottom out is a good thing. Silent switches are a lot better if you want to work in an office or something but if thats the case then why use he switches or an he keyboard you could just use a much cheaper and softer keyboard instead and if you really need a quick response just use akko cs silvers with some o rings instead
