    Another really good one from Rob. Straight to the point, simple, and doesn’t allow for excuses. There’s always something to do to get better.

    Wake up in the morning and the only thing to look forward to is becoming unconscious again at night. Problem is you know you will wake up and it starts all over again. Never ending torture. But there is that chance the next day might not be quite as bad so keep pushing on and keep learning.

    This was a fantastic post. Really appreciate you, Rob. So thankful we have this ocd recovery information now can’t imagine how it was whe there was nothing to see the light.

      Stuck means you can’t do anything next, but that’s not true, Rob gives so many ideas for one thing to do next and then just build on that. It really works. I but it takes time. I’ve had OCD for 20 years and just started to figure this stuff out.
