- Hello, hello, hello, and welcome to Episode 3 of PodClass President! This week I invited Colin Stanley and Karalynn Dunton into the studio! Colin talks about the first time he got in trouble in school for attempting the most midwest crime I have ever heard, and Kara shares about the time she fell out of a desk during her UCLA acting class and having the most dreamlike trip to the on campus E.R!

I had the same experience with AMC! I offered a big bucket of popcorn for Oppenheimer no less and they brought me the largest size of Diet Coke they had and I was just so hungry
You should do a short where California is trying to buy clean energy from Washington but it's staged like a drug deal and Texas is the police. Because nearly 100 percent of Washington's electricity comes from dams, California is looking for that sweet hit of clean power lol
I deeply love that Karalynn dressed very professionally and decided the best shoes to pair with her outfit were beige crocs.

Most of our districts (Hudson Valley, NY) have gone from having 2 elementary schools to 1 k-2 & 1 3-5.
the military stories are always funny. everyone i know who served has so many fucking hilarious stories from basic training
My high school mascot is a us soldier and we're called the Patriots. In short we would definitely lose against a sand crab. Also for whatever reason the recruiters never come to our school

Just a state school kids, but I was also in the Theater Program at my school, BA in Theater babyy, but I can confirm while yes there were a few "Professor [Last Name]", everything else was lax, several we just called by their last name, no professor in front of it , and quite literally the rest we were all on a first name basis with. Hell even outside of the theater department, just being a HFA (humanities & fine arts) kid, most teachers were whatever about it. Both of my Italian teachers (1 quarter with 1, 3 with the other) one we called by her first name and the other she didn't care we stopped using Professoressa with her last name. Because honestly if they got the respect they deserved as our teacher they couldn't care less.
