Harada has confirmed Anna will get her red dress back aswell, so Lei will get his kung fu outfit without a doubt. Just like all other characters still have their old outfit in the game
Harada made sure that all the veterans will be getting their classic costumes back, so it's definitely happening for Anna and Lei when they get released in a couple weeks.

O.o really, Tekken stopped improving after T3, which was the pinnacle of the series, as most say, though I think critics are too harsh on T5 & DR that were pretty solid.
