- 2 years ago today, I lost my mother to a disease that I hate, Alzheimer’s. Every day I think of her, but what I miss the most is the sound of her voice. So, in honor of her heavenly birthday, I’m releasing a never-before-seen video of another song I wrote for her.

The hardest thing I have ever been through. I miss my momma so much
I was privelaged at 14 years old to see two Angel's come and carry my Daddy up to heaven. Now and then Daddy is there near me again.

I lost my fiancé 7 yrs ago from lung cancer. He was such a GIFT to me and I miss him EVERY DAY.
The way I deal with loss is...I WRITE.
So, when I lost him I wrote him a poem I entitled... If Heaven was a Trip Away.
The title of this song reminded me of this poem and what I call all the songs I hear on the radio that remind me of him..."Kisses from Heaven".

Blank Stare has always been my go to. The voicemail you play at the beginning is so familiar. My mom had her first stroke at 45 (15 years ago) eventually causing early-onset-dementia. I’m not sure how we still have her, but I know this is exactly where I will be when we don’t. Keep doing what you’re doing and playing your message.

This hits my heart. I lost my mom Feb 19 of this year. Tomorrow makes 2 months and if feels just like yesterday. She had dementia caused by her strokes. She died suddenly from septic shock. I truly don't know how to go on without her...
I lost my only son in 2005. I miss his "I LOVE YOU MOM " but I know someday I will hear his voice& I love you mom again

My heart pours out to you awesome song seriously I lost my mommy to that horrible disease Alzheimer’s also I lost her in 2015 right before Christmas and it’s harder each day I wish I could just hear her voice just once again I would give anything keep your head up she can hear your song I sing to my mommy every morning with tears

Another heart felt song. Has a lot of meaning for me. I lost my parent 25 days apart in November 2004. Wish I had their voices recorded somehow. I am forgetting what their voices sound like. I wish i could get a phone call from heaven from my father, and from my Grandparents, my dad passed away from a massive heart attack and my grandparents had Alteimers, watching them go down hill was the hardest thing ever, it was extremely sad. Totally understand how you feel there

Wow my wife is still here but fighting since 2016 I deleted so many voicemails as I foolishly called them nonsense calls now that she can barely talk I would love to hear her voice yelling at me worst disease ever😢
