Elvis is an artist unfairly criticized and despised by envious people who don't know his music and even less his achievements as an artist. He deserves more respect than he is usually given. He's so much more than a '50s glory or a guy who performed in Las Vegas. According to the Guinness book, Elvis is the solo singer who has sold the most records in history and that he died in 1977.

Awesome reaction! I'm here to see your Elvis discovery! There are so many great performances but the most special one has to be If I Can Dream, the white suit version from his 1968 TV special. It was written for the tg special in honor of MLK and RFK both who had been assassinated within months of this being performed. It was very personal for Elvis and it shows!

    Thank you for this one!💚
He loved music, his covers are all great, he was very generous and didn't care about colour...
If you want to know why we love him so much here are some ideas to start with (he did over 700 or more songs and I love most of them)
    Musik Videos:
    Polk Salad Annie, 1970
    Suspicious Minds, 1970
If I can dream 1968 ( MLK Tribute, white suit version)
    Bridge over troubled water
Elvis at the Frank Sinatra show 1960?
    Fun:
    Rehearsals from 1970
    Funny moments
    Docu:
Elvis and the black community - that echo will never die
    A generous heart
    Thank you!

Elvis came from nothing he was born in 1935 into extreme poverty in tupelo mississippi
he was the first to blend music styles from across all genres of music and broke all the molds created around music's he invented a whole new style of music bringing together country, gospel, rhythm and blues, blues, and soul to literally invent what is known today as rock and roll
he kicked down the door for every musician and entertainer that came after him
and did it at a time in our history when being different would get you labeled as the devil and did it at great risk to his own safety and well being.. literally
as of jan 2023 he is the number one selling solo artist of all time.
he is also the number one selling male artist of all time in the united states as of jan 2023
he is also in hall of fame for more music genres than anyone
    gospel
    rhythm and blues
    country
    rock and roll
    blues and more...
and through it all never forget where he came from or others less fortunate than him
he stayed humble and himself from beginning to end
he spent his whole life giving back to his fans, strangers and people less fortunate and struggling in life
he spent his life spreading love and joy and that is why, generation after generation love this man
"all i ever wanted was to help people, love them, lift them up, spread some joy"
    ~ elvis
he's been gone 45 yrs and is still just as relevant and beloved as he was when he was alive
looking forward to your journey through elvis ♡

KENNEDY, the VIETNAM war & as per Elvis thoughts & feelings, Binder asked composer Walter Earl Brown to compose a song loosely based on King's speech & how Elvis was feeling about the world situation. Thank you for reacting to the most influential entertainer of the 20th century.
Without him, Michael Jackson could have never become the artist that he was.
Without Elvis, there would be no Chuck Berry, no Beatles, no Rolling Stones, no Madonna, a.s.o...
I think it would be wise to start at the beginning when Elvis changed the world :)
For example, "Hound Dog" on the Ed Sullivan Show (1956), when Elvis was 21.
    ruclips.net/video/aNYWl13IWhY/видео.html
You`ll get a better sense of who Elvis was.
Elvis was so much more than just a singer!
He is an American National Treasure, and the fact that you know nothing about him is a sign of how poorly the US treats its National Treasures.
Kids should learn about him at school.
How could anybody have the right to judge you? There are so many important historical figures we people don`t know the first thing about.
Most people are great pretenders. They act, talk, and behave as if they know everything, which is total nonsense. From a statistical and logical point of view, that`s just not possible.
The more you know, the more you realize that you know nothing.
I think it`s great that you started this journey and I sincerely hope that you`ll enjoy the ride 🤗😀

I will never say anything against MJ.. loved him.. he wrote, choreographed all his stuff.. he was truly amazing.. but he didn't have the voice that Elvis did.. period.. MJ was so talented.. but Elvis just had so much passion in his voice... I will never say one is better than the other... never.. I just loved them both.

This is my first time on your channel, because of Elvis. May I suggest that going forward, you fine a different way to only slightly distort the videos. Because, when reacting to Elvis, his moves are definitely part of his enter-action with his audiences. You’ve got to witness the swag! Do not react to anything from his “comeback special” until we can see what you see. Trust me on that one! P. S. Great reaction!

It seems your mic volume is down…. I have my volume all the way up and still have trouble hearing you, and E, at max pleasure. Love your reactions!!
Elvis songs can be played everywhere, but perhaps not a wedding/reception. Why? It’s an end of life song. Lyrics start, “and now, the end is near and I face the final curtain. (Death). The lyrics go on to be reflectful of how he lived his life…he lived it my way, with few regrets.
The perfect E song for wedding is “Can’t Help Falling in Love with You”, followed by “Love Me Tender” and maybe “the Wonder of “You”

Elvis' backstory is even more amazing than his musical performances and accolades (best-selling recording artist in history). He was a social phenomenon. RECOMMENDED: ruclips.net/video/u-pP_dCenJA/видео.html Elvis' tribute to Dr Martin Luther King was maybe the most powerful protest song ever recorded by a top artist. Elvis grew up poor in one of the first mixed ghettos in America. As a child he would frequent black and white segregated churches, during the Great Depression. So poor he was born in a shotgun shack without electricity or even running water. His parents picked cotton (and other side jobs). Even still, they lost the shack. His own twin brother was born stillborn and had to be buried in a shoe box because the Presleys could not afford any other method of burial. So Elvis knew pain he remained humble and in support of poor people throughout his short life. He never forgot where he came from. He was an integrator. The rumor that he was racist or stole music was NOT TRUE.
