Thanks so much for this. Played it on repeat for my dog on his last day with us to try and calm him until the vet came over, thinking it might help him remember breezy, sunny days at the park or in the yard... I think he liked it.
I love wheat fields! :) Can you imagine, how great would be built a house near by it and watch it from the window or take a walk around it. So calm! :)
Thats just it, it does absolutely nothing. I HAVE TO PAY THE BILLS WHILE WHEAT FIELD JUST SITS AROUND ALL DAY DRINKING BEER. HE FORGOT OUR ANNIVERSARY!
This reminds me a lot from the scene in Gladiator when Maximus was walking through the fields. This also sounds very peaceful to me the little sounds and gentle atmosphere.
ever since i finished portal 2, i’ve had this liking to open, endless fields. i think the simplicity and serenity of the fields is a nice visual after the complexity and futuristic look of the endless Aperature Labs facility
Even after a year this, to a person who has never lived on a farm, is profoundly meaningful. Even though my parents nor I have ever owned a farm or lived on one, I can imagine what it must be like. I wonder then, if just my imagination makes me feel so intensly, how deeply affected you must be.
The breeze blowing through the field, the birds chirping in the background, the bright blue skies, etc. -- if this doesn't make you feel all peaceful and serene, nothing will!
In this village, when the ripened ears of wheat sway in the breeze, it is said that a wolf runs through them. This is because one can make out the form of a running wolf in the shifting stalks of the wheat fields. When the wind is too strong, and the stalks are blown over, it is said that the wolf has trampled them. When the harvest is poor, it is said that the wolf has eaten it.
I genuinely like the calming sound, and view of the wheat moving with the breeze. Since it's still winter where I am, this reminds me of the good old summer days. Thank you so much for posting this.
I remember flying our helicopter above a wheat field just like this. Every ripple of wind could be seen in the golden ocean. To hover mere feet above a human perspective and fly to any place you desired. It's breathtaking.
I use this when I need to get down to business. I found it in my Junior year of College and am no a 5th year. Nothing like have a peaceful serene field to calm down my stress when all my due dates land on the same week.
RUclips's become like Google these days ,anything that you want to search is available, how great is this...I wished I could be in a wheat field, well here I am,thank you for this upload.
Ahhhh... I film natural sight and sound gopro walks in soulful cities, and I'm a real lover of slow TV, so it's great to see there's more of these wonderfully simple video's out there. I really enjoyed resting here a while with the natural sounds. Thanks for sharing, I have subscribed.
the one thing I wish the video captured was the motion of the wheat in the wind. viewed from atop a hill, the fields sometimes could look very much like a rolling sea of water. very relaxing to simply sit, watch, and listen.
Thanks for posting this. My family owned thousands of acres in wheatland in Washington state. My grandma still lived there even after much of the land was sold. I used to spend entire summers with her, and I would just walk through the rolling hills of wheat fields for hours in the summer sun. When she moved away, I felt like something was stolen from me. The smell, the sound, the texture of it as it parts ahead of you, and the rough stalks rub up against your legs. I've missed it ever since.
I always dream of going to a wheat field bringing an acoustic guitar and a stool and just sitting down and playing My Guitar while looking at the wheat
I used to draw a lot, and what I always wanted was a sence of freedom. So I once drew a house with a field of grains at the edge of the world, so that nothing or nobody would be able to get there. Somewhere where we could sence the highest form of freedom: from our own emotions and limitations. That's what I really live for. I know it sounds stupid...
Oh god, the memories, I think you forgot that dry feel and smell in the air. I remember too, the feel of a head of wheat, gently passing through my hand and the way it always seems to suck up sound.
being from Kansas I know how hot it gets there during wheat season.. and all I feel is the sweat running down my face. other than that it brings me home. 😁
God I wish I lived here. I'm stuck in living outside the city. My ambiance consists of trains, crackheads fucking, and cars. I can't wait till I get some land like this out in the country.
Are wheat fields have a strong signification in the Bible? Cause I was walking with jesus in a wheat field along with him, he was holding my right hand and I could feel the wheat heads touching my left hand while we were walking forward. It was endless, there was just that giant field and jesus next to me, after that he took me in his harms like a baby. (It was not a dream, I was conscious)
Anyone else wonder how people can record these videos without the sound of the wind blowing straight into the mic and destroying the entire recording ? :X
Is there a "Gluten Free" version?
+William Glasby hahah!
lmao
lol!
I don't think they charge for the gluten in this video.
Ba dum tss!

How could a simple grain field video, which practically does nothing but give relaxing sounds, get dislikes???
Honestly that is fucking hilarious
Gluten free fans 😛
Thats just it, it does absolutely nothing. I HAVE TO PAY THE BILLS WHILE WHEAT FIELD JUST SITS AROUND ALL DAY DRINKING BEER. HE FORGOT OUR ANNIVERSARY!
Oh, cause they would probably miss the intended symbolism of "amber waves of grain" reaching for the sky.
It's the peeps allergic to gluten 😂🤣😂🤣

Beautiful. I wish I was there.
Love the video and soundtrack, excellent for relaxation and memories of living on the farm with golden wheat fields.

Very natural and relaxing , no repetition that i can discern and no added fillers to augment the pure realness of the recording. Great for reading!!

Landing in Sendai's Shonai Airport, we were greeted with long, pale green grass blowing like an endless ocean of waves and it was so gorgeous!
The sound of the wind is so nice.
You can really hear the wheat.
WickedTornado thank you for sharing these memories...Amazing!

At 48:10.5, a yellow green butterfly flutters by, enhancing the calming effect of the scene.
As a celiac I find this anything but relaxing.
I chucked at this comment
+Nuget got me fucking dead
Jamie Nauta Aha, glad you liked it! :P
+Nuget first i read -annoying but relaxing- xD
Well this diet can "relax" your small intestines and literally make them let go of the stress and everything they got.
Beautiful snapshot of time in a special place. I wonder where this field is located?
Thank you for uploading this.
Excellent background to play some banjo to.
Where in the world can I find large, beautiful wheat fields like these with astonishing weather :O
A golden sea...*sighs dreamily* 🌾
I use this when I'm playing in a minecraft world. I particularly like it when I'm building on my farm in a plains.
watching this while listening to fields of gold by sting . really makes me feel more relaxed
Quite a beautiful memory there
Yes I will put my bed in the middle of this field and have the best sleep of my life.

didn't need to. it transported me back in time.
For the 54 people who thumbed it down........what did you expect, pictures of a block of flats on a T junction in Kent.

A moment's silence, please. All this died so that Weetabix might live.
Nice perspective! Great music a nice alternate background naturally. Would that be about a mile to the hwy?
