    Are you working in VR?
If so, what application are you using?

I am using Immersed. It is by far the best that I have tried. It has a MUCH faster response time than WorkRooms, especially on large screens. I notice that if I do something like rotate a large 3D model, it gets grainy and a lower resolution, but just for a few seconds, once I stop rotating it, it sharpens up. I think this is a scheme immersed uses to improve response times, and it is very preferable than having a lag in the display trying to duplicate every pixel in real time. There is only so much that the current technology will allow, and Immersed is finding ways to provide the best experience with what is possible.
In WorkRooms, I can make the smallest change, barely affecting a few dozen pixels, and there is a very annoying lag. I think Immersed is only sending changed pixels, not all the pixels all the time, because working on a small area in Immersed is super responsive. I also hate how WorkRooms confines you to the desk area.. Immersed lets me walk around to look at absolutely gigantic screens. I find it much easier to follow something like a huge schematic wiring diagram if I put the whole thing on a screen that is 15 feet wide and just walk back and forth to follow the connections instead of panning and zooming, where it's so easy to lose your place in the diagram... and as an added benefit, if I'm not panning and zooming, then the majority of the pixels are the same most of the time, so I'm not bogging down everything by panning my diagram. And it sure doesn't hurt for me to get out of my chair for a while!

I work in VR. I like it. But I prefer native solutions. I only like virtual desktop. Immerse hv no room that feels good for me. The abilitys are great, but I dont hv a room there that fits to my needs. Workrooms are to much workaround like in ur video. I dont want do this to my pc. Virtual desktop hv a very good hq movie player as well. But the main thing for me are the enviroments. I need a place in which i feel good and want to spend much time. Immerse hv no good rooms for me. I more pay for a good app but I dont pay for rooms like in immerse ! There are only this three apps till now. So I will stuck to virtual desktop. I hope immerse add better spaces !!! Nobody want to work on a media projekt in a public or open space. We just need a nice clean office with good costumization. I dont get it.

Hi, do you know how to uninstall it? My pc is crashing after the install and my fans go 100%. Sadly there are no uninstall instructions. After typing "scoop help" in powershell there is uninstall option but I dont know the correct line for it.

What if I already have a physical widescreen monitor connected to my desktop. Would it be just the last step since it's already registered on display properties

Tried immersed with Minecraft and even though I was next to the router it was plugged into there was a 3-5 second lag time. Wi fi direct might work

not sure why but the instructions did not work on Windows. I am the only admin account on my laptop and so I can get powershell to run without being in Admin account to get started

This is fairly straightforward. Thank you for the Mac video as well. Even though I had Better Display on my Mac it never occurred to me that I could use it create a widescreen experience in Immersed. This is truly the future of work.

Is there an easier way to do this j3ist in windows without all the rooms?
I want to be able to kick back in my recliner and work on a wide screen doing cad drawings all day. I use AutoCAD and Solidworks 6-12 hours a day. I just want the vr headset to be a copy of my main monitor. No real vr, no rooms. Just a screen surrounded by blackness. It would be even hetter if i could set up 3 screen. 1 38" in the middle and a 30" on both sides of the main screen. Thats how my actual desk is setup.

The Mac video was already handy, and that one relied on a program to do it all for you. This time, however, you've had to explain it all from scratch: fantastic video! Thanks for the informative content, and the detailed guidance. This video definitely deserves more views and likes

Hello, thanks for the video. I have a few questions, please:
    1. Does this setup work on the HP Reverb G2 VR headset?
    2. Is it possible to expand the display to create a 180 or 360-degree view?
    3. Can I set up the three monitors to display a multi-view setup for games like flight simulator or GT2?
