Unreal..... Mick Jagger is so much more talented than most people know. He also plays a mean harp (harmonica for non-musicians) and keys. The new song "DOOM & GLOOM" is all Jagger, including the guitar. The man is a legend.

Morten: Slide guitar 101- any beginner can play what Jagger was playing....Look to Brian Jones' performance on Stones version -1964. Jagger's vibrato is way too wide and inconsistant.

I love all the haters, all the idiots who have no appreciation for Mick and the rest of the band. These haters are cut from the same cloth who watched The Beatles Get Back and complained that the songs sounded rough. If it were not for the Rolling Stones embracing and honoring The Blues, many of these songs and the artists that wrote and performed them would have long faded from history. I have seen the Stones live three times and each time, when they went back and paid homage to the blues, you knew you were hearing something special, just like this one.

I still think his slide guitar sound is unique. Brian being gone a long time is a good point, but so are Hendrix and a lot of people, and people still talk about them. I used to have one of them Silvertone guitars. And I remember when Fender amps had them legs so they could be angled upwards, which hardly anyone did.
