Thanks, very useful video with easy steps,
but what is the option if we have 2D floor plan and the client want the graphic to be as 3D (isometric plan)

You will need to contact tech support. There are a lot of things that could cause it. They can help pinpoint the issue.

Wow, these videos are amazing. Our site is struggling getting used to using MUI. My utility operators strictly use graphics and I'm not able to edit graphics in SMP with GGT anymore. Have you tried editing graphics in any piping systems? I'm trying to get our Chilled Water Plant graphic up and running but moving pipes around just seems super clunky. I'm not able to connect pipes like I want and just overall have a difficult time. I started with the template but our system is not exactly the same as their template, as no system is. Would love to see a video on editing actual piping or electrical systems. I'm having the same issue with our Generator plant and creating a one line of all our ATS's. The switch symbols are okay and actually change state but drawing one line wires is where I'm struggling. Overall I'm just not a huge fan of the MUI graphics yet but your videos are really helpful.

I've built several graphics using piping systems and the new MUI is very easy to use once you get use to it. You also don't have to worry about using third party software to make graphics.
