Just browsing around your videos this morning. Have you had the chance to try the new BACnet IP FAC4911 stuff? We have a recent install that uses a Cisco Ring Switch and our FAC's are all connected BACnet IP in a ring. The Cisco switch connects to our building network along with the NAE or SNE. Instead of FC bus everywhere we have data cables. The speed difference when uploading, downloading, and commissioning through pass-through is night and day. No more RS-485 for us, Ethernet is the way to go. If you get the chance I highly recommend upgrading to this newer communication, you'll love it.
Hi System Control Tech, Could you please give me some advices about the following question: 1. Does the DDC keep the last value of AV, BV and MV when the DDC's the power is restore? 2. If the question number 1 is YES. So, how can you change AV, BV and MV value to the default value when the DDC's power is restore? Thank you!!!
View the specific point you want to change. Click on the options tab at the top of the screen. Change the default value to whatever you want it to be and set the ignore relinquish default to false. It may or may not give you the results you want depending on how you use that specific point
The sct pro is also called Dashboards and is the browser version of SCT. Eventually the browser version will be the only one available. There are some helpful tools in it.
I might have missed something when you were working with the IP addressing, usually a assigned IP of 169.254 means your device has failed to receive a IP via DHCP
169.254 is just a internal network number on your computers network. I have programed a whole JCI network on that address because is was concerned a private on my computers network.
@@Systemcontroltech Good morning colleague, a small doubt that in the GGT when you go to ''open from metasys'' you log in with the administrator user and the legend appears ''the required service is not available on the host. You may need to upgrade the host." I already tried to update it in the metasys host update option but when I enter the same legend appears
Dude I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS. please make more videos often.
I hope to

@@Systemcontroltech Thank you for your advice.
Do you know how to reflash SNC/SNE on STC Pro and how many time we have to do this process.
You will need a copy of the image and you can simply select that option from the download settings in manage archive section of SCT
Is there a major difference between SCT and SCT Pro? I have the SCT available from our vendor.

Excellent video
Thanks

It was only connected to a switch at first
