WeCreat has just created the PERFECT home laser! Their rotary and camera setups are genius! Plenty of power, fast, and versatile. They've made everything so easy. And, when not in use, it looks great, sitting in your room. And the very best part, the price is incredible, for what all you get and compared to other home lasers. Definitely a BEST PICK BARGAIN!
Thanks for the video Angie! I wish I would have caught it when it was launched because that was a great price. This looks like one of the easiest lasers to use. I'm not sure I would engrave tumblers, but I make a lot of wood projects, so the thing I'd like to see is engraving on a wooden tray or sign, so adding the word Gather or Thanks or even one of the Santa snack plates.
Im so glad I found your channel. ❤ The Vista is my first laser, and you gave very clear and detailed instructions. Do you have any videos on beginner laser to explain speed, power, and passes?
You’re a great teacher. I’ve never seen a laser machine in person and only make items for personal use , that being said what laser do you recommend for absolute beginners?
The basic package is fine to start. I would only add things if you need them. For instance, if you really want to do tumblers, then get the package with the rotary.
Hi Angie. My husband is excited i bought the Vista. He asked if it will cut Balsa wood. He builds model remote control airplanes. Thanks for all your helpful videos. - Joyce
Just received my laser and watched your set up video. How do you know what settings to use? Is there a cheat sheet that shows if you are using acrylic use this. If you are using wood use this?
Hi Angie, can you tell me if you use the air purifier and if so, how well does it work. A well known blogger said to save my money. I'm getting ready to order the Vista and the purifier is on sale. thanks
I do like the unit just so I don't always have to have my window open. The window is fine in the spring/fall but not really in the middle of the summer/winter here.
Hi. I have (had, it stopped working) an Aura. This machine looks like it is better than the Aura, would you agree? I am trying to decide which machine to purchase. I was looking at the Xtool M1 Ultra and came across this one. Thank You!
for the pre-order, is it the case that all you can do now is the $20.00 deposit? Also, do you have a preference as to which bundle you would recommend? Thanks bunches for your informative video! I hope at some time you would create an "e-book" with the settings you have found useful.
Looks like you only do a deposit now. The bundle would totally depend on what you want to do. Add the rotary if you want to do tumblers. Add a 2W infrared head if you want to engrave metal.
Hello, I am interested in buying the WeCreat machine but I need to know which is best for me, the Vista 10 rotary pack or the Vision 20w rotary pack. Because I want to cut wood and engrave Stanley Cups.
I like the Vista better. I am not a fan of the large height on the Vision. With a 10W you can still do wood and engrave tumblers. Although you may need to add the riser feet to the Vista to get the stanley cups in there.
@@AngieHolden Hi, thanks for answering. I have another question. Do you recommend the Vista or is there an Xtool S1, or is there one that you recommend more than others based on price and things we can do? I don't want to spend my money and then think that another one would be better.
I’m am brand new to lasers… which one of these would I need if I wanted to engrave glass cups? And does the $699 have the rotator option or is that just with the nest step up one?
You could use something like this for glass but would need to use a marking spray or pen. I actually do not have a video on it yet! And you would need to get the package with a rotary tool to do cups.
I have the 20w Vision using the MakeIt software (version 2.0.4) on a Mac. I purchased the 10w Vista and I am waiting delivery. Will the software recognize and handle the two different machines without a problem? If so, will I have to change any settings? Thanks!
As as total beginner(I don’t yet own a laser) how do you determine what settings you need for each blank; pressure, time, number of passes etc) without wasting a ton of blanks in experimenting? Is there a guide that gives you at least if a starting point?
Hi there, We have quick view with preview effects of many kinds of materials, which can reduce your testing process. In addition, there will be beginner guides on our channel.
Like the idea and the machine..... Just a pity that Wecreat are rubbish with email answers or communication........ More than 2 weeks and guess what, Still no replies to my emails to marketing etc. Looks like I'll be buying an xtool laser instead. At least they answered my emails etc. Looks like I'll not be advertising Wecreat at the next commercial fair in France on the 29, 30 and 1st December and then the Christmas markets for the next 5 weeks.
I absolutely love my Vista! It's compact, yet so versatile-it can handle everything from large 40 oz tumblers to metal, wood, and more. The flipping laser module is a game-changer for engraving from different angles. If you're curious, I’ve shared more about it on my channel-feel free to check it out!
I'm a little confused. Does the 2W Infrared Laser come in teh $699 package. I know the rotary tool is $100 extra. Can you engrave a tumbler with the 2W Infrared Laser Module?
A coated tumbler is one I used in this video so it has paint over the metal. You can use the 10W laser head that comes with the original package to make these as I have shown. If you wanted to engrave directly into metal - like a tumbler that does NOT have paint on it, you would want the 2W infrared head.
You would want a 2W infrared laser head for engraving on metal. You could do a coating removal with the 10W. You can see various methods here: ruclips.net/video/4D3z2gKdzAM/видео.html

Oh yes you can do all of that!
Would love to see engraving of leather journals! Thanks for the great review, I think it’s time to pull the trigger and buy one!
Oh good idea!
would love to see a video from you using glass: shot glass, glass tumblers .. how to use on clear glass material.
I think I need to add glass to my list of videos to make!
I would love to see you engrave a cutting board on the vista! Thank you for the review❤

This one is really great for beginners actually!
For the price and versatility, AWESOME!
Definitely!
Thanks for the tutorial!!! Which package did you get and what package do you think is the best value for someone like me who is a newbie
The basic package is fine to start. I would only add things if you need them. For instance, if you really want to do tumblers, then get the package with the rotary.
Looks awesome! I'd love to see it engrave on metal and/or jewelry.
Great suggestion!
Overall, out of all the lasers that you have tested, what would be a favorite
I like this one and the xTool S1 probably best!
Hi Angie. My husband is excited i bought the Vista. He asked if it will cut Balsa wood. He builds model remote control airplanes.

Yes it will!
Good video, thanks. Will the vision cut and engrave leather?
Sure thing!
Both the Vision and Vista will cut and engrave leather!

Angie, I would love to see a comparison of the exact same design on the same substrate using the 10W and the 2W IR. Is this something you could do?
I did something similar here: ruclips.net/video/4D3z2gKdzAM/видео.html

Yes it can! Even larger actually!

Do I need to purchase the IR module to engrave tumblers and acrylic on the vista?
Nope. The regular one will do tumbler and acrylic. The IR one is for metals that have no coating.
Great video, Angie. Where did you get the cutting mats that you have on the peg board?
They are actually mats for my xTool laser/cutting machine.
Oh, no wonder I couldn't find them search Cricut mats, lol.
I want to see how to cut on cardstock please? Thank you for the wonderful review
Great suggestion!
Does the exhaust come with it? What do I absolutely have to have for the Vista to work?
The hose comes with it and you can put it out of a window. The Vista will work as a unit with the initial purchase. Add ons are optional.
Hi Angie, can you use the same rotary attachment and fume extractor, as I have the Vision with these items currently?
Fume extractor was the same. I did not have the rotary with my Vision so I am not sure! I think it may be different?
Have you engraved ceramic (tiles) and/or glass I would love to see these.
Great suggestions!

What exactly that other attachment is needed for? Only Metal? Everything else can be done with the original attachment?
The 2W infrared laser head would work for metal.

Yep! You will have a drop down with both machines and can pick the one you are using.
@@AngieHolden Thank you!
Does this work with 2 ply acrylic?
Yes it should be fine, however, this machine will not work with clear acrylic.
JUST ORDERED MINE TODAY. CAN WYOU ENGRAVE GLASS. LIKE A CASSAROLL DISH. AND CUTTING BOARDS
There are ways to engrave glass and I plan on doing a video about it!
@@AngieHolden I THANK YOU FOR GETTING BACK TO ME. I KNOW YOU HAVE TO USE PAINT ON YOUR GLASS SO READY FOR MINE TO GET HERE. THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU DO.
What type of air purifier would I need, craft room really doesn’t have a window to vent out ?
WeCreat makes one and I would buy it and use it.
Can it engrave a tumbler a full 360 or just 180?
Yep it can be 360!
Can this laser be used to cut/and or engrave on clear or light colored see through acrylic?
No. This is a diode laser so I would not recommend it for anything clear.
Is this the $699 bundle? Im so confused in which one to get now.
There are SO many lasers on the market! This is a great one for beginners!
Big question: do you have these weird plastic black pieces on the left and right belts that keep the laser from moving all the way to the front?
Hmmm.....There may be packing material you would need to remove.
What is the max thickness of material that can ve cut or engraved with the laser preinstalled? And what materials can be used
Max thickness is about 1/4 inch for cutting. Engraving is 2 inches or more with risers! You can use a huge wide variety of materials in this machine.
As as total beginner(I don’t yet own a laser) how do you determine what settings you need for each blank; pressure, time, number of passes etc) without wasting a ton of blanks in experimenting? Is there a guide that gives you at least if a starting point?

Is there a monthly fee to use the program that runs the machine?
No there is not! You can opt in for a subscription that gets you files but it is not required.
Can it engrave jewlery?
I would like to know this also
Vista have 2W laser module, which can help you engrave jewlery
It can! You would want the 2W infrared head for that!
Does it require to have a fume extractor? It doesn't seem to be included.
You either need a fume extractor or you need to vent out of a window.
Is the Vista laser upgradable to a 20W. Thank you
At this time it is not.
Can this cut mdf for sublimation
It can cut thin sublimation board.
Would love to know how thick of wood it can cut.
It would be about 1/4 inch thick max.
Can you tell me if the offer finish
Please make tumblers...40oz
I have a video collab coming soon on those!

Yeah, it can do the full wrap engrave
I'm a little confused. Does the 2W Infrared Laser come in teh $699 package. I know the rotary tool is $100 extra. Can you engrave a tumbler with the 2W Infrared Laser Module?
2W can engrave uncoated tumblers. For coated tumblers, only 10W or higher power can be used.
