Yes, you should do more cooking videos!! I love watching people cook, especially people who are not professional cooks as they can sometimes make a simple recipe seem daunting. I am definitely going to try out your veggie crumble, and I have been craving rhubarb so the compote is on my to-cook list. Thanks for the ideas. And also thank you for being such a lovely bright spot in my day. Your Daily Edit videos couldn’t have come at a better time for me, I am stuck home due to illness all month with no end in sight and your videos have kept me motivated. I do the few chores I am allowed to do and then sit down with a tea and watch your videos. Thank you for that, it means more than you can know. Cheers before I get weepy!!

YES for the cooking edit! I made the veg crumble last Wednesday and it was delish! Really recommend the recipe because it's so versatile and simple. Also, perfect for those busy weeks because it is according to the rule: cook once - eat three times.Thank you for sharing amazing recipes!

if you don't already, you should definitely start composting! my apartment does it along with our recycling, but i'm sure there is somewhere in your town you could bring it. since you use a lot fruits and veggies, it would certainly make a difference :)

Have you seen the Netflix show “Salt Fact Acid Heat” or read the cookbook? It’s great to learn the basics and the science behind cooking. You should technically be using one pan per vegetable so that they roast and don’t steam. When overcrowding things on a pan they will actually just steam rather than properly roasting.
Yum - definitely will be giving the veggie crumble a go once our weather cools down a bit more.

Next time you do this stewed rhubarb thing swap the blood orange and the ginger for a banana. It's amazing and was my favourite dessert as a kid and still is. Reminds me of my mum and summer in our garden :)
