@@gibn1542 yeah , i tried to not got spoiled so i didn't investigated more , but alot of them said that S3 miss used him , they also said the same thing about black noir being retconed to be not like the comics and that turn out to be true , what a waste of a good character
@@RED01SEA black noir didn't have much depth in the comics (he was homelander's clone), there's a lot more mystery surrounding Noir in the adaptation though
@@S0NAL_ if you watched S3 episodes you would know what i'm talking about , they pretty much destroy his potential , he is just a npc at this point , with a weird plug in black captain America story line straight out of the falcon and winter solder show , wish goes against everything the boys stand for , also they are already playing that card with A train kinda , so now he is a non character more so , with nothing going on for him . he was better off a mystery just like S1-2 not knowing what black noir is was way better than this , also the comics had depth to him , he was a plot twist and it worked on so many levels

@@shofuyu_niceguy1 This character is different, from the wiki of the comics Soldier Boy was a passed down title, and the original was killed long ago, in the amazon series this guy is the original. Writers have also confirmed this guy's personality is very different from the one known in comics.

Yeah. Even tho he worked with Kripke before, Supernatural was on a network where Standards and Practices had the finally say on what incidents could be gotten away with... Streaming channels don't have such vices and red tape... Jensen said this himself in a few interviews and a couple of Cons after production :·)

There was a scene Jensen refused to do. His words “ No self respecting person would do that. I’m a husband and father. “ Kripke said they worked out a compromise that in his words “ Allowed Jensen to keep his soul.” One interview said Jensen was still not comfortable with it.

I mean, they chose to take the role, they read the script and if they have any forms of dedication for their craft they would have researched the source material, the show is nowhere near as visceral as the comic by the way, so to complain about it, well, just kinda unreasonable.

to be fair, the director also said that he changed some stuff without even asking Jensen, because he knew he would be too uncomfortable to do them, and he didn't want to make him uncomfortable because they are friends, so, it's just the give and take with hardcore shows like this, if an actor doesn't want to do a scene, they can change some stuff, but some things have to stay for the story.

He was possessed by an arch angel that he was trying to expel as he killed many and planned to destroy the world. Plus as Dean Winchester he had to do some pretty sketchy things for the greater good or to save someone he loved. On&On. Dean was constantly caught in internal struggle. As that character he drank a lot and was pretty loose when it came to women. It was network tv but his language went as far as it could.

In demand as a director. Won two People’s Choice and one Critic’s Choice awards. Was to star in the movie Rust before that horrible incident when a member of the production was shot. I think he’s pretty well established and he is a superb actor.
So Karl and Anthony are just being who they are but just in a show. Just when you think Butcher and Homelander couldn’t be any more of foils
