Have been a player since 1958 [ - also have been privileged to have personally known several of the early accordion pioneers personally such as Charles Nunzio, Anthony Galla-Rini, Charles Magnante, and Myron Floren - and have amassed one of the largest collections of early accordion recordings/cylinders, catalogs and early Excelsior accordions 1928-1935 - I prefer the older LMMM handmade reed dry tuning. I really enjoy your techniques, your interpretations and your demonstrations of these technical "fireworks" solos played on different professional instruments - each with its own qualities. There are so few really high quality videos showing the accordion's most famous transcriptions being demonstrated in such a great fashion. Hope you will continue to favor us with more accordion works, displayed on different professional-grade accordions from the past. Wonder where you are located and whether you play professionally - - concerts, etc.
Appreciate your kind words. I actually wanted to learn to play when I first hear Myron Floren. I have played professionally while in high school and college but stopped years ago. I reside in Florida. Once again, thanks so much for the compliments and glad you enjoyed it. Take care.
