- Super easy and delicious butter chicken in the Ninja Combi!

Ingredients:
Chicken Marinade (let marinade for 3- 24 hours)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (mine was fat free)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp tumeric powder
2 tsp garam masala
½ tsp cayenne pepper powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp, freshly grated (I ran out so I used ground ginger)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
Sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tablespoons butter (or ghee)
1 large onion, sliced (or chopped)
1 ½ tablespoons garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced or finely grated (again, I used ground this time)
1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
1 ½ garam masala
1 tsp ground coriander
14 oz tomato puree
1 tsp red chili powder (I accidentally used red pepper flakes instead so there was more of a KICK!)
1 ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
1 cup of heavy cream (I used half and half, but you can also used evaporated milk)
1 tbsp sugar
½ teaspoon kasoori methi (or dried fenugreek)

Don't worry, I don't plan to stop doing longer videos with me speaking, but my house was LOUD this day (lol), and I wouldn't have been able to record sound.
I had been CRAVING butter chicken and had it marinating in the fridge and wasn't going to get another chance to make it later, due to my work schedule, but I still wanted to share with everyone how to make it because the Combi possibilities are ENDLESS! Happy cooking! ☺️
I’m glad you didnt think i was rude. I want to try the butter chicken soon. I’m gonna have to find a sub for rice…my hubby and i just started trying to eat healthier and lower carbs.
Have you tried riced cauliflower? I've had it turn out both delicious and 'meh (lol), but I've never tried it in the Combi.
Honestly, this chicken tastes DELICIOUS and would be great atop a bed of salad greens, too!
