What was for me painfully accurate as an INTJ is that analyzing their impsulsivity and flattering myself if they would look like trying to figure me out 😆 this intense inner monologue oh yes
Wouldn't use the word considerate and how much do you know about the Fi nemesis, Si trickster and Ti inferior effect in ENFJs? Cuz they defo aren't nearly as "sweet", once you understand the patterns that lead to their behaviour and the reasoning behind it from the cognitive functions viewpoint

my cousin is an INTP and i'm an INFP. while she looks indifferent in front of our other family members, when we're together we squeal over fictional characters. yea, we are like soulmates!!
Honestly, ENxJs have been making my life better in so many ways indirectly. Either it's by pushing my limits for better at times, or by providing emotional support. I find them quite a nice match for intps
Same here. My wive is ESFJ and cares for me and my boss and sponsor is ENTJ and the first one who promotes me for my brain (after so many people with envy, fear, misappreciation...). I love them too!
Where do you find these people? I end up with people where conversations always seem to be a dead end, totally boring. And of course they never want to meet and do things. They never come up with own ideas for activites - this is too exhausting for me! Aren't there other people out there to do at least 50% of the thinking/planning/taking action/taking care etc.?
In my experience, I actually agree with you! I personally am an ENFJ who has long been made fun of by friends for being a total stereotype, but I tend to "collect" INFPs because they often have the most interesting inner worlds and values systems to unpack. But I think that because of their Ne Si combined with their dominant Fi and inferior Te, they are very likely to draw correlations between past actions and small behaviors and what those things say about a person and therefore, read people pretty well. NFJ types like myself don't really do that, because we actually like to have almost no perception of people at all because of strong Fe. So as a result we'll probably at most notice changes in behavior, and then try to identify possible causes to them or what we can do to "not impose." I think it's all very interesting, to say the least.
@@celestialloves4264 As an INFJ I can read what people are thinking but, even though I try, it is hard to read what they are feeling. I can read a personality to tell what the best advice is. That is kind of validating that you mention that because I thought I just failed in my Fe growth with it being an extroverted function. I usually fall into Ti but I realize that, because of it's placement, that is where I go if I feel uncomfortable. Kind of short handing my thought process though because I gotta get back to work.
@@JupiterLight28 Yes, that all makes sense. I go hard Se when uncomfortable as well, and I call it my recovery function because it's all I can do to get out of my head and stop freaking out. But don't worry, Fe isn't super empath abilities; it's not about knowing how people are feeling but actually CARING about that. We NFJs are constantly curious because all of our functions involve looking at the world and looking out, rather than in to make judgements. So we're great at taking care of people but we go at their speed and sometimes struggle to fully connect. Thanks for taking the time to comment :)
@@JupiterLight28 it's easy for us to get into Ni-Ti loop because it's so comforting and familiar. Now that my Ti is developed i do sometimes struggle with my Fe. But lately I have come to realise that it has made me only depressed with the time. Because that's not who I really am. Being an INFJ, that Ti is not supposed to be used excessively. There is a reason it is a tertiary function. The longer I'm in the loop, harder I'm finding myself to break out of it. Now i desperately want to use my Fe because I believe, i will lose myself if I keep neglecting it for the sake of the comfort zone I created myself.
@@celestialloves4264 I will disagree here a little bit. I am an INFJ and I have a really strong Ni considering it's my dominant function. Unlike INFP whose N is an extrovert function and constantly focusing on abstract possiblities and then combining it with Fi, they are constantly analyzing people through the lens of their own personal experiences. Let me give you an exmaple. Let's say someone hurt their knee. Now IF INFP went through that experience before, they will analyze it. Did it really hurt them badly when they hurt their knee? If answer is yes then they will surely go through lengths to help that person because they know how it feels. But let's say that wasn't a hurtful experience then what?. Just because their dominant function is Fi and it's all about authenticy, they refuse to show extreme sympathy for something they can't relate to at all because then they won't be true to oneself. On the other hand INFJs are empaths as apposed to INFPs who are sympath. Now as my dominant function is Ni so all my energy is concentrated instead of diverging (Ne) so it's constantly processing information and then Ti breaking it to one single point of truth. When Fe comes to play in combination with Ni then whoever is hurt, we don't care if it didn't hurt us when we hurt our knee at some time. Because we believe that every person has different pain threshold level and ability to cope with stress. Just because one experience didn't break us doesn't mean same can be applied to others. What makes us apart from ENFJs is that you have dominant Fe function. So when you see someone is hurt, you will go help that person without giving it a minute's thought. Hence your desicion making function overthrows other functions. That's how you are programmed. But us INFJs, though we comprehend the whole situation, we will still process the whole situation first. Like whether that person really wants our help. Or what if they feel embarrassed for falling and don't want to attract attention towards themselves and we only make things worse for them even if we had best of intentions in our mind?. Then in situations like these we try to help them in the best way we can without drawing attention. Idk if I'm explaining it well. INFPs are great. Just like you said, they are good at relating past experience with people's behaviour. Therefore they are really great at sympathzing but only when have gone through similar experiences at some point of their life. Otherwise they will feel untrue to themselves. That's how Fi works. Now idk if it holds true to every INFJs because of course there are different types in INFJs as well. Not to mention every single person is unique irrespective of they are INFJ or not. I hope I didn't offend anyone. Especially INFPs because I genuinely love how their minds work.
yeah people are so shocked when you are trying to make a point :D especially about politics, they expect to praise one party or a person and dismiss everyone else
When you find somebody else with that talent, go to a public place or a bar and start a political discussion, and every 5 minutes switch positions. so you take on their position and they take on yours. you actually learn a lot - and it drives everybody around you completely insane :D :D
@@friedsheets That's actually a fun idea 🤔 Definitely my type of humour, trolling the surroundings 😂 But ... I usually live such scenarios in my head, too much of an introvert to really do that for most of the time.
@@michaelhighlights1614 Well, most people base decisions on their emotions and won't contemplate different solutions, so they are more than often quite sure about their choices, because they have to. If they are wrong, they will feel disappointment after all 😆 It's more or less a psychological avoidance strategy (which sadly makes most people look quite illogical and irrational).
I like this video a lot. The part of the "Earth is flat" made me laugh the loudest because that -__- face is the one my INTP pulls, too. I enjoy the dress-up. I don't mind when it's low-effort or high effort, it's great fun. Smoothest advertisement I have ever seen on youtube, EVER.
I ask people if the earth is flat all the time. You can learn a lot about someone with that simple question. And I don't mean if they say "yes" they're nuts and you should avoid them, because frankly I don't know the answer. But I think I'd prefer to talk to someone that does answer yes, or at least says "I don't know".
Thinking not having a teddy bear to save from your burning house is heartless but also considering kicking a kid in the shins is so ENTP. And the look of realisation at the end. Love it. Nailed it.
I love your videos. Many MBTI videos about INTP are from a male perspective and focus on being a robot and/or an internet troll. Your videos are so fun, and I relate to them much more. Thank you!
Everyone always says ENTJs and INTPs are the best pairing - but as an INTP, i don't know if I'd like someone always probing me about giving my best lol.
@@applebits8324 memes aside, Mike Wazowski is for me one of the healthier and slightly more realistic entjs so other entjs should be around that spectrum.
I'm an intp and my bestie of 4 years is an entj, she never really probes me about giving my best unless I ask for advice then she will give the best darn advice. She's rather supportive most of the time and a great emotional supporter when I need it. We're both different in so many ways but we somehow click very well
I like how the polar opposite of our star (ESFJ) is the "perfect in every way" social grace. INTP deductive reasoning being displayed on many levels here
One word... "amazing video!" 😂 The INTJ one make me laugh out loud. The INTP with INTP is same as inner monologue but just with someone else. Being with others, I always come to this question. Why am I so awkward?
I'm something of an INTJ myself and I laughed for like 2 minutes straight, It was dead on. I am soo socially awkward and hate conversations and sometimes wish the other person would start the convo first 😂
@@firstlegend5105 You should see my sister and me sometimes :D Sometimes she will come up with entire plans of what my gaze means etc and then I am just like: Random thing. Other times I just get up and leave to get sth she wanted without her saying anything. Always bewilders her
my wife is an infj while i'm intp i can i assure that we started just like this and to this day we spent most of our time together just filosophying about anything that comes to mind (mostly Ne work) but any subject can endure for hours. in time she learned to not get ofended as i use to play the devils advocate to raise the debates to upper levels without a moralism limitation. well, think i've already said too much. Btw, great video! i can totally imagine how hard must be to simulate Se dom cause i really cant get it despite all the effort and abstractation put on undersranding this function
I can't help but laugh at your choice of words. Us INFJs are known as advocates and you playing devils advocate sounds so ironic. I think what glues you guys together is the shared Ti. For us it's a tertiary function that only shows when we are in mood to have fun but it's also a function through which we like to be comforted when we are not feeling like ourselves. And as INTPs have Ti as the dominant function, i guess it works out fine as long as INTPs don't go overboard with it which in turn may make an INFJ upset or comfortable and INFJ is mature enough to know that INTP doesn't always have bad intentions . Also Ne-Ni combination can't go wrong.
Why is this so relatable when I don't even have a partner lol. Well, I know it's because it's almost the same but whatever I don't wanna explain now, too lazy.
Im infj and I got mad from just reading your comment, when you said you will exclude morality from your thought process. But for real though, you're not raising the debate, you're lowering it.
@NICULL well are there girls who you are attracted to? if you think about it in numbers.... there's like 6 BILLION people on the earth. who cares if you ask one chick out and she says no. plus if you're attracted to them, you probably have something in common. def take care of your appearance a little, dont like ask out a girl with boogers hanging out your nose and stuff. but im gay anyway so i dont really know how it works for straight people. but yeah its just kinda like... just go give it a shot i guess
As an INTP, I really enjoy watching your videos and this is by far the one I enjoyed the most. I usually don't prefer to comment on videos because it makes me uncomfortable but I appreciate your work and I wanted to let you know. Thank you for the great content
Kudos to Lily's acting and highly attune observational skills as well! Clothing, mannerism... Very on point! (I also learnt that Se-dom and Ne-dom can come across similar on first impressions, cos Ne and Se are all about playing with the environment and "shaking things up". Let's interject new possibilities and experiment with the old! Therefore they always have this restlessness sense that follows them. For example, ESFP and ENFP might come across on similar wavelength with their demeanors. But ESFP is more bold and "in your face", where ENFP is more "quirky", definitely no less non-traditional. I enjoyed these personalities sketches. Thanks Lily!
ENFP here and this is spot on when she said ' I expect the zombie apocalypse to happen but something worse can happen" Then giving the idea of finishing it by singing and reading you when you were not interested. I mean this is so true yes yes yes.
5:43 ISTP she explained exactly as i wanted. I thought you can turn off your emotions for all eternity if it needs, but probably there is some mental sense to show them
Yes. Sadly our cat died the other day. I'm devastated forever from these kinds of things (intp), but my husband (istp) is over it in 30 minutes and can go about his day, week, year, life. The only thing was the istp talked too much in this video. Lol!
Emotions give life more thrill and drama. Its like an non necessairy luxury item like cake (used since humans seems to like cake analogies) it has the potential to make one feel satisisfied, but will just like cake make one weak (vulnerable) and will eventually do more damage than good if overused.
No we dont need. Its NICE to feel good emotions, but argueably even more important to not feel bad emotions. When controlling ones emotions there is massive collateral damage, so often one would have to chose if one would like to both feel good and bad, or nothing at all. If one opens up (desides to feel) one become VULNERABLE, its not about trying to only feel a specific way (bacically impossible) but instead about chosing when to feel at all (impossible to most people, but do-able to some).
when the phone dropped and wasn't picked up, i had this lingering feeling to look to my right and expect to see the phone laying on the ground. it's still there.. such a weird feeling entering into this video haha
That effort... appreciate it ^ ^ (Also about the scene of INTs - oh yes, INTP getting lost in stream of thoughs and INTJ overthinking about the "worst" possible scenario... noice)
Lol at ISTPs being so insensitive, they succeed on making INTPs feel like feelers. Besides, ISFP and ENTJ were the funniest. I'm glad at how you made every type smart. Some people just make certain types; especially the sensors, look dumb at all time. The INTP interaction that they had with INTJ is very accurate of the interactions I have with everyone in awkward situations
it's a bit scary how accurate most of these are. As an ISTP, i can confirm that i can definitely shut off my emotions whenever i hit a point where i just don't care anymore. Also this video is so well made
I'm an ISTP too, but I feel like anyone can stop caring and "shut down" their emotions whenever they hit a certain point. It's the ability to do it whenever without a reason that can define us.
It always amazes me how the ISTP can be so straight to the point, as an INTP I go round and round to say something and when I come to the conclusion it was something very simple.
I'm an INTP If something doesn't affect me, I don't care If I just met you, I'll also be at 0% emotions But once I feel anything for ya, there's no going back
Your ESTP reminded me so much of my boss when I was an intern at a law firm. He had been a theater student and a football coach before becoming a lawyer, and you could feel both vibes most of the time he interacted with anyone. I was...overwhelmed.
I literally have an ESTP boss and thought of him during this skit. He's ex-military and is currently a football coach, among many other things... you can imagine.
@@restlessmosaic I'm an INTP interested in law, did it work out? Interestingly my boss loves to argue and said he wishes he'd be asked for jury service. But we're not in that field. 🤣
I was unsure how accurate the vid was until it arrived at ENTP which is my type and now I view this as gospel. It's literally the perfect flowchart for what I (and I guess "most" ENTPs) would do on a regular basis: >Be deliberately stupid/bitchy/out of touch >Get surprised whenever someone accepts or challenges that stupidity >In your glee immediately attempt to humour the victim with your skewed morality >Enjoy the inevitable mini debate that you are finally having with someone else instead of the countless you's in your head
I am a Intp man and just met with a Intp woman some weeks ago, and it is so freakin weird how we do so well!! I mean we can finally speak openly without the fear to make the other person feel bad and even when happens we just have to explain things and all get easy solved...we love to go out and do crazy shit like extroverts! But we still cant talk by a phone call hahaha fun.
Some people say ISFP is still wondering today if the earth is flat lol. And even doing ads these videos are so good. I don't know if some other type could have fit the role for the promotional, but ENTJ fit the role perfectly breaking the 4th wall. I loved your impressions of the MBTI types in this video.
I’m an INTJ, and my best friend is an ESFP. He has just stuck around for so long and refuses to die. But now I guess I’m used to him, I love knowing him because he always gets himself into situations that I could not even if I tried
"What are your best qualities?" "Does worse qualities work?" That's the most relatable to me as an INTP 😂 I had to ask my friends what my best qualities are just to answer an english essay and when they reply, I'm like "I do?"/"Really?"
No because we NT’s are so confident in our analysis that it backfires and we can humble our self’s back to the dirt due to immensely of what we still do not yet understand.
I belive its a deep rooted psychological defence mechanism made to protect the inner most deep vulnerable ultra potent emotions that most ISTP seem to have, (but they practially show to no one because why should they?) the defence mechanisms is thereby developed and needed to protect the ISTP making the ISTP seem like an emotionally brick wall to others, but at the same time extremely loving and caring (some times) to the selected partner, best friends or core family member in the rare cases where the ISTP feels truely loved and appriciated. I personally changes between: 0% emotions (majority of time), 0.1 - 2% emotions (seldom rarely) and 100% (very rarely) -ISTP
Omg every single one was portrayed so accurately. but especially INTP. As an INTP, I think this video is one of few where I actually feel like my personality was accurately represented and portrayed. Love it! Great video!!
INFJ male here and you totally captured me coming home from work and talking to my honey, who is an INTP female. I work as a nightshift psych nurse. You capture the INTP. great job !
@@LiliAqvq 😊 yes, married 21 years. We are best friends. INTPs cannot help but be completely authentic which is what INFJs are always striving for but failing as we get lost in others emotions. My wife listens better than anyone I have ever met. Not only does she listen, but then she will ponder what I have said and come back with insights into me that I would have never figured out on my own. And . . . she predicts my future emotional states better than I can. For instance, we were team truck drivers. One month in, I thought we would do it for a decade and she replied, "you will get bored before two years." She was still pissed as hell when I quit after 1.5 years even though she predicted it. She predicted I would not enjoy being a Police Officer because "you like to help people not arrest them." She was right again. And she persuaded me to go to nursing school explaining, "I would hate being a nurse, but you will do it for life." She was right yet again. I too have helped her . . . For us at least, we are a golden pair. 😊
I am an INTJ and totally understand your situation, sometimes there are times when we come to an understanding but often, confused. We want to help out others and solve problems and do whatever it takes to make the situation better. Then again, we have deep intense emotions going inside of us which sometimes drives us insane. The first mbti test I take gave me a result of INFJ and later on take multiple tests, safe to say I am abit of both INFJ and INTJ.
Haha enfp called me out. As soon as she sat down I was like- yep that’s my type. Also I frequently dream about what would happen if people just burst into song.
Someone deciding to use you to sell a dating app themed after personality is definitely brilliant! This was hilarious and completely addictive, so I vote more dating-themed content like this! Even though it's rib-crushingly hilarious that a large percentage of the characters seem traumatized by it, it seems like this has the effect of defanging even the idea of speed dating. Also, great work on the fellow INFP section! It echoes my cringe-worthy antics, like, "oh so you noticed that we are both super anxious, that helps a lot, thanks for nothing INFP!" So funny, discussing anxiety that is actively in the air is definitely one of my hilarious behaviors.
My dating-themed content would always lose its dating sense, I always think about other things and I barely know how to behave romantically, but I guess that would make it hilarious too 😂!
@@LiliAqvq I was just thinking about this and I have a suspicion that people who are mostly detached from the world of romance actually probably have a pretty comforting perspective for people who are in the grips of it and struggling, but that aside, the comedy will be so sweet! 😂
“defanging even the idea of speed dating” - I’m an INTP and basically speed date with everyone I meet. If I don’t “nope” you within 15 seconds, you’re better than most. Very few people can captivate me, and usually I can tell within 30 seconds.
I really appreciate that this video made us seem considerate of the other person's feelings in the setting and not just going therapist mode and trying to psychoanalyze the other person because we are so much more than psuedo therapists - ENFJ
Hmpf, I´m an INTP and felt lost until I saw that ENFJ. Now my life has a purpose... find an ENFJ and integrate it into my life somehow. I´ll figure it out.
The INTP - INTP one was really accururate, when I am really comfortable with someone, I gain the courage to be silent intheir presence. If I really like someone, I will love being around them, even if it means we can be close together silently. When I am uncomfortable with someone, I will try to talk to them because I fear that I show how uncomfortable I am, so I try to hide it by talking. If I come up to you and stand next to you silently, I really appreciate you.
Watching these makes me feel at home. My confidence was at an all time low cuz I feel like this personality is very hard to settle down and actually accepting myself as who I am. I'm interested in many things but is also socially awkward, and at the same time I am a perfectionist. This results in myself to be a very inconsistent person but also quite adaptive. I do know how others feel about things, but I am quite selfish at the core and sometimes disregard the feelings of the people who show no value to me.
As an ISFP-A the girl & me can relate as hell. I'd add "umm... it's really nice to meet you, so I'll be get going as I've some urgent works to attend. Let's meet soon. Good bye !"(runs) 😂😂
YEAH YAH sponsorship. Big, well deserved congrats. Tremendous video. Jam packed and phenomenally executed. INTJ pattern analysis yields prediction of superior effectiveness as all types are Lili, it will seem as No Lose endeavor. Hurrah 💙🦄👍👍👍👍👍🇺🇲
This is perfectly done, fair play. I swear I've had the "do you believe in love at first sight" interaction. And apparently they didn't want nor appreciate the 30 minute mental essay I created breaking down the nature of love and bonding and the differences between love and infatuation and how you can't possibly love someone you don't know and how it's a disservice to the term to conflate it with infatuation. Oh well, the woman I proposed to is an ENFJ and she loves that shit and her favourite thing to do is ask me questions =)

Really good video, i had a lot of fun when you portrayed the INTP vs INTJ. It reminded me (INTP) when i am talking with my INTJ gf, she's constantly speaking about serious and concrete things whilst trying to be sincere with her thoughts and feelings. During that time i can be paying attention or just having fun with some math, physics, videogames or just some imaginary scenario. Just to have a take on your video i think you portrayed better the thinkers than the feelers, but overall it was amazing!

I like how you portrayed the INFP as the one who could read people very well. I've always thought that perk is given to the INFJ incorrectly lol
So true about the "I don't have to agree with something/with a theory to present it." 😂😂😂
I do that too and people assume that it is my opinion 😅
yeah people are so shocked when you are trying to make a point :D especially about politics, they expect to praise one party or a person and dismiss everyone else
When you find somebody else with that talent, go to a public place or a bar and start a political discussion, and every 5 minutes switch positions. so you take on their position and they take on yours. you actually learn a lot - and it drives everybody around you completely insane :D :D

I like this video a lot. The part of the "Earth is flat" made me laugh the loudest because that -__- face is the one my INTP pulls, too.

But I think I'd prefer to talk to someone that does answer yes, or at least says "I don't know".

Thinking not having a teddy bear to save from your burning house is heartless but also considering kicking a kid in the shins is so ENTP. And the look of realisation at the end. Love it. Nailed it.

my wife is an infj while i'm intp i can i assure that we started just like this and to this day we spent most of our time together just filosophying about anything that comes to mind (mostly Ne work) but any subject can endure for hours. in time she learned to not get ofended as i use to play the devils advocate to raise the debates to upper levels without a moralism limitation. well, think i've already said too much.

Emotions give life more thrill and drama.
Its like an non necessairy luxury item like cake (used since humans seems to like cake analogies) it has the potential to make one feel satisisfied, but will just like cake make one weak (vulnerable) and will eventually do more damage than good if overused.
@@kaspervendler1726 so it means that we need to feel good emotion, but if emotion is bad we can turn it off?
No we dont need.
Its NICE to feel good emotions, but argueably even more important to not feel bad emotions.
When controlling ones emotions there is massive collateral damage, so often one would have to chose if one would like to both feel good and bad, or nothing at all.
If one opens up (desides to feel) one become VULNERABLE, its not about trying to only feel a specific way (bacically impossible) but instead about chosing when to feel at all (impossible to most people, but do-able to some).

I belive its a deep rooted psychological defence mechanism made to protect the inner most deep vulnerable ultra potent emotions that most ISTP seem to have, (but they practially show to no one because why should they?) the defence mechanisms is thereby developed and needed to protect the ISTP making the ISTP seem like an emotionally brick wall to others, but at the same time extremely loving and caring (some times) to the selected partner, best friends or core family member in the rare cases where the ISTP feels truely loved and appriciated.

yes, married 21 years.

I'm possibly an INTP, and my girlfriend is an ISTP. ~ And that is hella accurate. Lol.
It’s funny how as an ISFP the first question I ask a person is what are your hobbies. Lol ur on point
that ENFJ is too cute :,)
i wouldnt be surprised if the part where infp threw her phone on the ground was an out of script yet accurate se polr demonstration
I'm literally about to go on a date with an INTP. He is so sweet, and we have a lot in common (music, movie, food, etc) and he is always eager to call me on the phone every afternoon. I'm really excited for our date🤗 ~INFP
Edit: I thought the date went really well, we both had fun and he laughed a lot. But he has kinda been avoiding me since the date. So I'm not sure.
As an ISTP, My closest *acquaintance* often tells me that my lack of expression makes them incredibly scared to be expressive. I don’t get scared.
I totally didn’t expect that two intp’s would interact lol brilliant
that istp one was a personal attack
ENTJ makes me proud
INTJ is relatable AF

Your ENTP is so spot on.... Gosh I love doing that with INTPs and INTJs, you are always up for these games :D. Much more fun than the usual thing.
I have an INFJ friend and omg, she’s totally like that. 😂 Also ESFP was so accurate. Lmao we need this to be a series about the other types speed dating 💗 (I’m not sure wtf am I, I’m like the child between an ENFP and INTP, all I know is that I’m a Ne Dom who’s not really THAT extroverted.) Anyway, oversharing. Love the video hehe.
"because I don't want to."
OUCH
that sponsorship thing was so smooth though
Hehe, cat walking in background when you said "you need to get more in touch with sunlight"
