For those confused at 8:00 where cos(180-37)= -Cos37... Thus Vb should be negative... But thats not the case, in this question sir made a small error ... The component of velocity for string should be DOWNWARDS for block A, sir took the upward component, which is only possible if string connected to A was moving upwards but since it is moving downwards, we would take the downward component of velocity of string which would be V(A)Cos(37) and thus the answer would be correct Same logic for the rod question
@@garvittiwari6716 What he meant by downwards is that the component of Va which is parallel to the string will go inside the ground frame, making the angle 37° with the Va vector.....so Va•cos37= Vb•cos53 -»Vb= 40/3 m/s Also, if we visualise, the velocity of B cannot be -ve since it will be in the same direction as of A....
@@The_Obliteratori completely agree with the fact that tension acts away from the block but it can have two directions right?....Okay to visualise this, take the block as a point and the string as a line passing through that point...the tension will be along the line and away from the point, right? In that case, it can be in both directions, one in the upward direction going upwards (towards the sky) and the other going downwards inside the ground..... And let me also justify why I say so, it is because of the fact that the components of a vector always have to be at 90°, that is they have to be in one quadrant acting as axes and the resultant vector has to be in that quadrant.... if you want the components of the vector in some other quadrant, you will need to apply sign convention which is usually a (-ve) sign For example, if you want to take the component of Tension along the string in an upward direction, which is making an angle of (180-37)° with the resultant, which is clearly more than 90°, you will need to take -Tcos(180-37°)= Tcos37° and hence the answer will be +ve Also by logic the answer cannot be -ve bcz the string is attached at 53° with the block on the left hand side...if you take its components, they will be upwards, ie perpendicular to the base and towards left....never in the right direction Ah, such a long explanation.....it might scare you at first haha, hope this helps :)

@@shreya4559 i had a big downfall after that and still trying to bounce back.. U made me feel nostalgic now 🥲anyways all the best, may your dreams come true
@@shreya4559 we have to take component of block's velocity because it is moving in horizontal direction, string's velocity is less than the velocity of the block
Sir at 1:50 in the two blocks pulled by a pulley question, the Pulling velocity is 2m/s and you found velocity of block B = 2.5m/s How can it be possible? Because velocity on block B is divided into components and any physical quantity that is divided into components always have less value than the applied value(which in this case is 2m/s). So i want to say that the velocity from which block B will move would have to be less than 2m/s. It should be 1.6m/s. Correct me if i am wrong.
The point is your are looking at the question the wrong way....We are not breaking the components of the strings to find the velocity of block ,we are breaking the components of THE BLOCK WHOSE VELOCITY WE NEED TO FIND, and practically the velocity of B will be more , just try to do the experiment yourself

I ever found great teacher in my life thanks a lot sir
Thank you sir... Me apne sir se jyada apke video se samaj jata hu🙏🙏🙏
I watched many videos but this one was the most satisfying...
Thank you so much sir...
He copied this lecture from av sir
No he is a legend of physics
Awesome questions series sir with best trick sach( m maza aa gya )....😀😀😁😁Always Keep smile sir......
4:55 solved my biggest doubt 👍 thank you so much sir 😊🤩
I'm enjoying to study PHYSICS with ALAKH sir & found it easy
thanx sir for these videos . i am now able to prepare for my tests with more speed
I am fall in love with physics wallah .....thanks a lot........Smile is missing in your face 😭😝😜
Sir because of your inspiration I got 94.6 percent in boards thank u
Supercool concept with Supercool explanation.
You are great SIR......!!!
Osm lecture sir!!💯💯💯
Thankyou Thankyou sir for this amayyyzing lecture!!!! Helped a lot Thankyou Thankyou sir🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❣❣❣❣🔥🔥🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
At 7:30 cos(180-theta)= cos theta but it should be - cos theta
Yes... You can see that Sir had equated two velocities which are in opposite direction
Bro as the direction of vb is along -x direction so it will be negative magnitude +ve lelenge sir - lagana bhul gye bas as
Sir it will be -cos theta but sir only taking its magnitude.....
Sir.... U proved that education is a right for all bacho.... And anyone who works hard and believes in them can fly in success 🏆💪
Sir cockroach hi bana diya😂😂
Grt lecture
Really you are a great teacher 😃😃🙂 mazza aa gaya
2:38 why did sir took component of block's velocity ?? he could have taken component of string itself on block na ...!!! Can anyone explain
It's 2024 now and i am watching his video and have the same doubt as u that why sir took component of block's velocity instead of string , u might have got the answer now so can u plzz explain me that
@@shreya4559 i had a big downfall after that and still trying to bounce back.. U made me feel nostalgic now 🥲anyways all the best, may your dreams come true
@@shreya4559 we have to take component of block's velocity because it is moving in horizontal direction, string's velocity is less than the velocity of the block
Sir hamare teachers ko aap se sikhne ki jarorat hai you are nice excellent faboulous sir
My favourite teacher Alakh pandey sir....love you sir so much.
Sir aap great ho really aap itna accha kaise padha lete ho thankyouu soo much for this mujhe baht accche se smjh me aa gya love youu😘😘
Finally sir covered all my doubts. Thank you sir☺️☺️
I am in Engineering student but still these lectures are valuable for semester exams.❤😊
Sir at 1:50 in the two blocks pulled by a pulley question, the Pulling velocity is 2m/s and you found velocity of block B = 2.5m/s
How can it be possible?
Yeah
Bro u r right my also it came 1.6 ..par
🙏🙏🙏🙇🙇🙇shat shat naman
.
Regards....

Sir🙏🙏🙏 I don't know how to thank you, we are blessed to have you sir❤️❤️
Best teacher ever💯💯💯
3:14 I was thinking why not VB=2Cos37° , but in 5:14 sir explained that❤🥰,one who can get the exact doubt of students 🤗
thanks I was also getting confused
Thanks
Thank you so much
Only because of you I think physics is the easiest subject ever thanks sir for making our concepts Crystal clear😇😇🙂🤓
isko physics sabse easynlagta haihc verma karle hard lagega xd
@@mdkaifee7078 I used hc Verma only 😏 and it's very easy if your concepts are clear...
Sir u r a amazing teacher❤️❤️
Sister kya ye topic ata h neet mai??????
@@romiohussain7404 Hamare coaching mei to sir ne padhaia... Aata hai shayed
@@sofiorrahman758 okk ..... sukriya
I literally clapped at the end....cause the questions portrayed the beauty of physics !
Sir 24:33 par jo question hai usme B ki velocity ko negative lena tha direction k according par aapne usse +ve liya hai
Exactly.
I was thinking the same as well. Thanks for pointing it out and clearing it for me. I thought I was wrong.
Exactly
Main bhi wahi soch ri thi
Yes .
