Hi, thank you for the great information about Blue Card. I am master’s degree graduate living in Germany for past 5 year and I was working in 2 companies.
Recently, I have got a new job role as “Business Process Analyst & BI Specialist”. This job role involves Business Process Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, utilizing most of the tools & technologies like SQL, Python, BI Tools, etc.
**** Do I get a Blue Card for this job role? ****
STEM(MINT) refers to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. I am confused about this.
Income is above the blue card range so that is not a problem, however I want to make sure that I can get Blue Card for this job role.
Could anyone guide me on this? Thank you

Hello, Thanks for new updates. Is there any additional requirement added for EU Blue card that we should hold B1 certificate. In my city, ABH is asking for B1 certificate and telling that this is the latest info that they have received when we are converting from residence permit to EU Blue card.

Since March 1, 2024, holders of the EU Blue Card can obtain a permanent residence permit or “Niederlassungserlaubnis” after 27 months of residence in Germany. If you can prove that you have the language level B1, the period will be even shorter, i.e. 21 months.
I am blue card holder since 1st October 2022 I would also be eligible to get PR after 27 months ??
    Please confirm .

My entry visa is valid until 30 Oct 2024, and I have resigned from my current company. I possess my ICT resident card. I'm awaiting my blue card appointment; however, my current company may send me back to India within one month. So, my question is, will I be able to return to Germany using my entry visa?
