I was abt to check with you regarding coolant color for Tata Nano red or green as premium cars use red but Maruti and Nano has green. Btw golden cruiser coolant acha hi chalta hai.
But good I saw coolant flushing procedure. It's dam simple with Nano, drain plastic nut open after engine cooled and top radiator cap open and remove all existing rusted coolant. Then start engine for 2 mins to drain out more. Then put water in radiator to flush off old coolant and also wash radiator outer with water. Also bottle pipe to be opened while flushing all old coolant residue. Once water clear, close the drain nut, fit the reservoir pipe and add water upto max levels in reservoir and radiator. Close the reservoir cap and radiator cap and run for 3-4 days with water and heater on to circulate in heating system too to bring all the residues
Then later cool engine and open the drain nut and radiator cap and flush out water. Then again put another cycle of clean water in radiator and reservoir, open pipe and rinse it properly.
Then fit the reservoir pipe, close the drain nut and add fresh green concentrated 1 ltr coolant in radiator and reservoir (1:4 concentrate)
Then add 2 litres of boiled or distilled water at room temperature to fill till top and then run engine to circulate and top up again with distilled water. Put it max marking in reservoir to provide space for air. Close all caps and run the car for 20km and then again topup. Till that time keep engine bay screwed with 2 butter fly nuts to avoid pains of opening all.
After 3-4 times top up after running, close engine bay with screwes and done.
Experience engine performance and car engine cooling, heater and AC and see the difference in air smell inside the cabin.

Bro superb information kindly advise if car started without water in radiator is it ok gas kit will be damaged kindly advice further also advice 1 lts coolant and 2 lts water to be added

Bhai agli baar heater bhi on jarur kerna it's help to clean inner line of heater also because jesa aap jante h ki coolant hi inner coil m aata or jitna coolant garam hota h utna hi heater garam hota h Ishliy keh rha hu heater jarur kerna chahiy after car engine get at normal temp 90°C
Haan heater bhi kar sakta tha on aur uss side bhi circulation ho jati. Uss time dimag mein hi nhi aaya. But chalo koi nhi next time karenge 😀

Thermostat valve is closed and opens only when it reaches activation temperature. Only then coolant from engine will drain out.
Bhai wese yadi 3.7 litre coolant total ata h Nano me toh aapko 1litre 250 ml use kerna chahiye tha for bestest results of coolant and baki water
Abhi 100% nikla nhi tha so that's why safe side k liye 1 liter hi use kiya. And badiya rha.

मेरी nano कार का coolent minimum se bhi niche chla gya tha mechanic ne bina flush kiye hi poora fill kr diya iska koi nuksaaan hai hai to kya karana chahiye

Isme bhai 1 is to 4 likha hai golden cruiser k bottle pe. But maine as 1 is to 3 use kiya.

Bro golden cruiser k upar 1:4 likha hai but maine.1:3 k hisab se dala hai.
1 liter coolant concentrate mein 2 liter paani so total 1 bottle 3 liter ban jati hai.

Bhai mera raidiator saaf and condensor coil and condonser sab change ho gaya, ac wale nai bola raidiator saaf karwa lo ac cooling ho jayegi.... Ab kya krna ac abhi bhi normal fan ki tarah chal raha, ab car lai jaake ac wale k upper chada du 12k kharacha kia tha ac ka....
White bottle in car to be filled by coolant or water ?
Better you fill it with coolent. Water can be used if coolent is not available.
Did you flash the radiator with normal drinking water ?

Maine toh first time kiya hai bro and km around the 36k 37k...
20k is a good time, baaki first time maine bhi 50k pe kara thaa. But because of rusting radiator can clog. And radiator is of around 3k minimum.
2. Heater coil can clog, vo replace karne ke liye poora dashboard kholna.
Better hai 20k pe karlo

Kyu isme kya galat hai bhai. Please thoda explain karo I want to know.
1. Never run the engine without any coolant.
2. You must mix the coolant and then add to the radiator. The method you used, there will lot of inconsistencies in the viscosity of the coolant which will take sometime to mix properly with the water.
80 percent timepass only 20 percent action.
I think 1 easy way mein explain karna. Rush karne se zada better hai. Baki sabka apna apna hota hai.
