If veganism was the correct human diet, it wouldn't be so hard to get right. If veganism was the healthiest diet, you wouldn't need supplements. If veganism was a diet, humans thrived on 90% of vegans wouldn't leave veganism because it was making them sick weak ,destroying their teeth and gut . If veganism was the correct diet, where are all the 100+ year old vegans ?
A few years ago, I did an experiment with veganism. I couldn't even make 4 weeks. I was always hungry, I had no energy, my stomach was bloated, gassy, and my gut was rumbly and just painful. I was also very moody and depressed and Ive never been depressed. The day I stopped and went back to eating meat I instantly felt better and knew veganism was absolutely not the correct human diet.

There are a few points to consider: hydration, calories, microbiome, physical activity. On a plant diet, it seems important to consider what each aspect is targeting. Fruits primarily serve as a flushing catalyst to help the body remove toxins, via sweating (which can explain the breakouts), peeing, pooing... It is easy to get dehydrated on a fruit diet due to this flushing, which can cause many issues, including tooth decay. Starches and leafy greens are used for building the body. Pain is usually weakness leaving the body. It's a sign the body is healing. Good video keep up the good work.

I see all these arguments about diet and it seems obvious to me that we all have different and very complex systems for digestion. When I try to give up meat, I'm hungry and weak all the time. On any Vegetable based diet, I put on weight. The only diet I ever felt both energetic and strong on was high protein, mostly meat. The only diet that I ever lost weight on (other than just not eating anything) was Keto. But whatever works for whoever is reading this is okay.

The clarity was real and my wim hof holds went from 3mins to 5mins! then I just did a joel fuhrman diet from then on till now.
The dental thing seemed real within a week but I just started drinking the juices through a broad straw, then rinse with a little water, get the saliva flowing and brush lightly twice a day with a bit of bicarbonate of soda. Teeth were/are all good and I’m gonna do 40 days again in feb/march over lent, looking forward to the cleanness and clarity and flat stomach!!!!!!😊 that john rose lecture from about 2010 still holds up.

Starving your organs of necessary animal fats can cause a lot of people to feel euphoria as your body dumps the fat surrounding your organs into your system in order to sustain you. It’s quite a feeling in the short-term. People have been using these starvation diets to elevate consciousness for quite some time. However, it has nothing to do with exogenous healthy nutrition entering your body.

I have a suggestion for your skin. Stop using soap on your face. I haven't washed my face with anything but water, for years now. I was vegan for 7 years, had breakouts, switched to meat, less breakouts.. and stopped using soap on my face unless I wore makeup, and needed to wash that off. Washing with soap strips your natural oils. The moment I stopped using cleansers, everything balanced out. Or try Tallow. I do use moisturizer/ hyaluronic acid/and copper serums.. but never wash with soap. Hopefully that works for you! ❤

I'm 53, have amazing skin, and I think it's largely down to not having washed my face since the late 90s. I had a colleague with glowing skin and she said that was her secret. I use various moisturisers at night, simple things, mixed in my hand with castor oil. But no water, cleanser, scrubs, toners. People usually assume I'm in my 30s. Simplicity.

What I just ate is not how I prefer to eat. The best I've ever felt was Fit for Life and the blood type thing. I say eat seasonally. Light in summer and heavier in winter. Hello, I totally get you, I've been vegan for 15 yrs and started feeling gassy, real bad lately so yes I did the AIP elimination diet and found what fuck me up upon reintroduction. It was the nightshades for me (peppers etc), so far I'm great without these foods (I really love and miss btw) but it is what it is, I'm ok for now, hope it's stay that way. It would break my heart to eat meat again, but I'll do it if I'm in pain and have no other options. Veganism is not for everyone, sadly.

You look much healthier now...and ...I guess that's because of eating meat. Don't get me wrong, I still eat about 1/3 of an apple a day with cottage cheese to round off the two pounds of beef/pork that I eat. So far it's agreeing with me and induces a small insulin response. Good luck to you.

Paradoxically a low calcium diet is shown to increase cellular calcification. It’s helpful to balance phosphorus with calcium. Meat is high in phosphorus. Low calcium intake to phosphorus increases parathyroid hormone which leaches calcium from bones and shuttles them into cells, increases general inflammation.
I think an eggshell calcium supp is worth experimenting with. People notice immediate mental calmness

I went high raw vegan 3 weeks ago and for the last 4 days have had painful bloating, insane gas, diabetes symptoms and can't sleep more than 3 hours a night. Today I found out why. All that raw blew out my spleen qi before anyone starts laughing, in traditional chinese medicine, deficient spleen qi causes all of those symptoms. A friend of mine who has been mostly vegan for years developed diabetes which didn't make sense because she was thin, and ate an almost "perfect" diet. She was diagnosed with deficient spleen qi, started eating low carb with meat, veg and broth and her stubborn blood sugar levels (200-300) is coming down when nothing else worked. Spleen is really sensitive to stress which is why more people than ever are presenting with low spleen qi.

I had to look up "are elephants edible?". Answer - Elephant's trunk and tongue are also good, and, after long simmering, much resemble the hump of a buffalo, and the tongue of an ox; but all the other meat is tough, and, from its peculiar flavor, only to be eaten by a hungry man.
