    This is a great video. The 'stepping back' from the job advice is probably the most underated pieces of information given. It has served me well during my time on the spanners. It certainly is important. Thanks for sharing.👍

    1. Fall to your knees, raise you hands to the sky and ask the great god MOWOG why he has forsaken you.
    2. Make a cup of tea (not coffee, come on now).

    OK, tonight I'm heading out to dinner with my wife in my 74 ' spit and a 1/4" bolt hits me in my right shine followed by a nut and washer. Diagnose that, LOL
