Hey there! So far I have no problems yet re: power. I always try to make sure to unplug the devices as soon as they're finished charging because the units are so small that they could be overloaded if not careful specially with the fast charging adapters and cables.

Not all mics fail if you turn around.. not all of them at that distance (6 m).. due diligence is important.. for credibility

Could it be that the cut-off was due to your hand blocking the signal of the transmiter? You held it in your palm, remember? Although, you didn't spin while it was attached to your collar, thou you should've!!?...

Hi there,
I haven’t tried connecting it to a phone yet. But I guess it does, as long as you use a TRS to TRRS cable, and have the TRRS plugged in to the 3.5mm port on the phone. If your phone is with a type-C or lightning port, use an adaptor. I think that will do!
