Happy Day of Beers!
For today we have thought of something special for our employee area at the headquarters in Traisa.
The pub sign is a real eye-catcher in every bar thanks to the different surfaces!

Welche Schnittdaten empfehlen sie fuer Datron 00686014E bitte? Drehzahl, Vorschub, Zustellung?

How did you get the mirror finish ?

I assume the entire floor could be made to look like the other area with the mirror finish? What was the total run time? Very nice work!!

It looks like a small fly cutter that was used to do the border, it wouldn't be able to be used on the floor of the part.

We could have done that too! We decided to do it like this, so you can see clearly the difference in the surface quality. The total runtime was about 2 hours.

Können andere Maschinen sicher auch!?
Der Schlüssel ist ja nicht die Maschine, sondern das Cam Programm😉 oder hat das jemand per Fuß programmiert? 😆

Nicht alles glaube ich. Z.B. die Spiegelfläche so ohne Nachbearbeitung direkt von der Maschine ist schon echt schwierig nachzumachen - und die Drehzahl sowieso 😀 Aber jo, CAM ist aus fusion oder sowas.
