To avoid the lumpiness feel of the gold foil, do your top coat. After you cure it, buff your nails until you get them to the smoothness of your liking. Then do your top coat again!this trick works great!
Hi!!! Thank you all for watching 🤍 I know I’ve been kinda MIA but I’m happy to be back. I wanted to let y’all know that I created an Amazon Storefront where you can easily shop all my favorite gel x products in one spot! Here is the link and it will also be in the description box ➡️ www.amazon.com/shop/yalianaenid
🤍 thank you! I have 7 more weeks to complete manicuring school and am so excited to learn more techniques! I’ll be trying your suggestions out because they are so pretty.
Love this! Been looking for a video that shows the process step by step… currently in school learning acrylic BUT I feel like this is a healthier luxurious option and allows for more time spent on design vs application.
love your video, it happened to come up as "suggested for you". and I didnt even realize the time , you are very pleasant, great tone 🤍🤍. I would love the live video.
A video of your all time favorites after trying new products would be nice too. Also makart has a nail drill that looks just like yours but not sure if its safe on my natural nail
Hello Yaliana! You have the absolute BEST videos! I'm so happy that I found you bcuz I recently purchased a polygel nail kit and I think that gel x is more like what I would want because polygel is so thick. Can you recommend me a kit that has everything that I will need to do gel x nails? I already have a UV lamp but I don't know what to buy for gel x. Can you help me?
Hey! Thank you so much 💓💓💓 so I love Aprés Gel X products but they are on the pricier side. They do have full kits that will have everything you need to get to started! For a cheaper/ more beginner friendly option, the brand Beetles sells gel x kits on Amazon as well! Hope that helps 🫶🏽
@@YalianaEnid Thank you so much! I will certainly check it out bcuz I have some Beetles Base and Top coat and it really coats the polygel nails like a liquid glass. It is a very good product. Thank you for your helpful advice. I had to start doing my own nails bcuz the price of a fill in went from $15 to $45. I’ve watched nail techs do my nails for 17 years and I figured I should give a home kit a try. Thank you so much for your help dear. 💜🫶🏽🫶🏽
I have found that you still need to etch these half matte or "pre etched" tips. I use my e-file because it's the method that's always worked for me. But some people use acetone, too. It's cheaper than a dedicated tip primer and does the same thing! :)
Those are so pretty! I love them! I was just thinking how I want to start doing my nails but I have no idea where to start. I need to go through your channel and look at your nail videos, but do you have any videos talking about how you got started on your nail journey?
Hi! Thank you 🤍 I don’t have any video talking about the journey but I have a ton of videos capturing it! I love really got into it during the pandemic since it was the perfect hobby to keep my mind occupied. I originally tried out polygel but gel x nails were so popular I decided to try them and I’ve just been practicing and doing my nails ever since ☺️
Can you please try hard gel in jar under the nails. I have tried this method so many times with so many different brands and tons of prepping but my nails never last.
Hello, how are you? Can I still make this work without a primer? I leave outside the US, and I basically got everything but the primer. Would the nails still last without it?
🤍Cute. I love your videos and that you're self-taught. I love doing my own nails and I'm always looking for new techniques that provide long-lasting sets. Thanks.
i think that would make it hard to hold the nail in place while it cures unless the bottom comes out? you can buy the gooseneck style for under $20 though!
Definitely extend gel bc it is considered a soft gel and it’s what’s recommended with gel x nail tips! Builder gel will work but it’s definitely something to use more to strengthen and extend your natural nails without nail tips
I loved this video. I did my first set two weeks ago. I watched all of your videos first. It turned out really good. I'd love to see you different sets and designs too.
Love this! I actually prefer the longer videos! Recently started to do my nails since the pandemic and came across your videos about a week ago! Not sure why I haven’t seen them sooner but I am binge watching! 😬 Also your designs are beautiful! 🤎🙌🏾 I will definitely try to get outta my comfort zone and try some.
🩶🩶🩶I loved the way your nails came out. I don't mind the time of this video, because it is nice to know all the steps you take when doing your nails and it is easy to follow.
🤍…. Can you please do a medium stiletto Valentine set? I really love your tutorials they have really taught a new beginner like me a lot and to not give up.🤍🤍🤍
Honestly, I'm not even aware of the time. You have such a pleasant demeanor, the vlog flowed seamlessly. A live would be great! 🤍🤍 Beautiful nails! 🤩
Thank you so much!

agree! that’s what I do when doing random chunky glitter nails
Personally, I would love to see you try different kits. Also, a live would be so fun!!!

These are gorgeous ❤ I love a long nail video, especially when it’s flowy and fun to watch!

Loved the video - did not mind the length at all!
Thank you for watching!

All time favorites is a good idea!
I love seeing demos of kits, especially off Amazon. Gel types
Another great nail vlog I'm learning a lot from you. Just beginning to do my own nails.🤍
Thank you for such a thorough video. Will be starting to do my nails, and this has been very helpful. Thanks again for sharing.
Glad it was helpful!
You should do a live nail video. That would be so cool. You should also do nail art design videos for beginners

Longer vids are better for me, I learn more. Thank you! 🤍
I bought that same saviland gel extension glue but it’s really thick and goopy, any idea why? Or is this normal? Please help. Thanks!
Would love a live video of doing nails. Do you use polygel as well?❤️
Haven’t thought about it recently but polygel was the first diy nails I ever tired! I just think they’re more time consuming than the gel x nails
🤍🤍🤍 very pretty
Beautiful mani 🤍
Thank you!
This is so cool. How long does your nails stay on for before it starts to fall apart using this process?
My nails usually last 3-4 weeks!
@@YalianaEnid Thanks for the response. I'll try it out.
May I ask if I can use the regular Uv led lamp if I don't have a flash cure lamp? TIA

Thank you for sharing ❤
Yes do the kits and live videos please❤
Will do very soon 🤍
And How do you prevent crooked nails before its cured
what kind of drill are you using
Also what is best to use glue or builder gel?

What would you say is a good Extend gel to use?
Aprés strawberry palette pls
