Second gear synchronisation cone issue is common in maruti suzuki DDIS mated gearboxes. Either swift or Dzire or Ciaz or Breeza. U will get this issue. Cones cost you less than 3k. But cone will be changed by taking the gearbox out. So you will be forced to change clutch plate cover assembly and release bearing along with the synchronisation cone. So, with labour, it's estimated around 20k. Make a major note of it, who needs to buy these cars in seconds.
