I call this build 'Four Elliptic Triangles' because that's exactly what it is. This motif could be extended indefinitely to create an interesting, hexagonal screen. I may just do that one day. : )
Piece breakdown - 1x2 bricks (234), 1x2 plates (156), 1x3 bricks (9), 1x3 plates (6)

Bought the set. Built the sunstar. Gonna try this one next. I like when you put Numbers on the screen. So satisfying to build these. Thanks.
Love your videos.
Thank you. I'm really glad you enjoy them.
must be so satisfying to whip out a brand new set and not even look at the directions
I suspect that he spent many hours analyzing the directions while he was writing and editing them.
I think about how I will put it together as I take apart the completed build before filming, but that's about it. I could build almost everything in my collection without instructions. Ten years of practice will do that. 😊
@@BrickBending wow
Ooh super wavy lines on this one
This reminds me of the 50 pence coin shape. It’s a shape that can still roll remarkably well despite not being circular.
Perhaps you mean the Reuleaux Triangle? Same concept, actually. Just instead of a triangle, it's a heptagon. They're regarded as "shapes of constant width".
enjoy the trivia :D
That is a very cool coin. I actually have a few. : )
I do love to watch these builds, but regardless of how inspired I feel afterwards, whenever I try my own I invariably end up with something that closely resembles my lower intestine. Inevitably followed by something that even more closely resembles a pile of broken Lego bricks. Still, they say it’s the thought that counts, right? 🧐
Maybe I should add 'results may vary' as a fair warning? 😂
If you stacked two or more of these build on top of each other - at 60 degrees to each other - it might be possible to fill in the gaps over the course of the mulltiple layers and create some sort of roller composed entirely of triangles.
Yes! Incomplete connections using builds themselves as the pieces. I will definitely try that at some point. Infinite possibilities and finite time... 😅
Kinda looks like the radioactive sign ☢️
My thoughts exactly!
Yes!
did anyone else read the title as 'Making LEGO Art: Four Epileptic Triangles'
Yeah lmao
I absolutely love these style of videos. They deserve more views
Cheers!
This is a cool and gigantic lego build
Cool set Jeff. Interesting shape that could be worked into a building
This is really awesome :D
the fact that he will put a minifigure at the end makes the whole thing a lot better
The numbers are a very nice and thoughtful new addition to your videos
Thank you 🙏🏻
Very cool!
His gear
Gloves of lego making -5 to dexterity, +25 to creativity
So good 😂
Enjoy the ASMR aspect of these videos. Love the LEGO click and the Zippo click.
Awesome!
Aww yeah he's back
Damn almost killed the caveman back there lol
Better instructions than IKEA.
my man got the master builder vision
I like how caveman just teleports all over it lol
I don't fully understand the limits of his power.
Omg I can't believe Lego can do it
He rolled it 😁👍
Yaaaaaaaaaaas
Cool
Looks really nice. Can you make a grid out of that?
Absolutely. As big as you like. It's just a matter of time, bricks, and a place to put it. : )
How I read the title: Making Lego Art for epileptic triangles
Someone get this man a LEGO sponsorship!!!
💯
Have you been experimenting with shapes before and it all pops apart?
In the early days...all the time. I had one build that literally exploded on my 30-40 times before I finally figured out how to construct it, but it was huge and very fragile. Nowadays I have a much better sense of what is possible, and I build much sturdier designs.
where can i order this set? and what is it called?
cool
Finally, I can have proper signage on my Lego nuclear power plant
Sorry if this has been asked before, but how long does it take to prep the pieces for these videos?
Usually not long. I start with the finished build and disassemble thinking about the best way to reassemble for the video. But sometimes the build is just complex, and that does take some time.
@UC7sZY-N_xMkStJWNxhg_iew very interesting, thanks for sharing!
these regular legos??
So someone clue me in:: is Lego now using new materials to allow this sort of flexibility? Because being the math nerd I am, I was trying make the sorts of geometric constructions you see in this channel with my Lego blocks in the early to mid 70s when I was a kid, and, well… no luck of course. The bricks were too rigid, and there weren’t a lot of flat pieces
IMAGINE MAKING MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS THEN YOUR WHOLE LEGO BUILD AND PIECES JUST CRACK
Cracked pieces are definitely a risk. It's a fact.
This one has as much strain as cyclopropane.
천재다
mmmhhhh...Mazda rotors
If this was the 1800's, Brick Bending would be burned at the stake for witchcraft.
I think you are correct 😅
Mitsubishi at home:
How many Lego bricks do you have? Say the number in millions
At least two
Nuclear waste at home:
But will it bend?
First : )))))
I'm gonna go to jail watching this
wait,thats illegal
HIII SECOND
THIRD
This is art and the rest is garbage
