You know when you really think about it, Beaker is the precursor to Kenny from South Park. You often can't understand what they say and they mostly exist to be abused over and over again, just Kenny took it to the next level and dies repeatedly.
Caroll Spinney, portraying Big Bird from Sesame Street, performed at Jim Henson’s funeral. He sang “It’s Not Easy Being Green”, which is a song Kermit sang. Kermit’s original puppeteer and voice was Henson himself and when Spinney finished, he said “Thank you, Kermit”
Fozzie: "I finally found the sure way to lose weight. I bought a scale that lies!" I swear that is the funniest joke I've heard from him (his jokes are hilarious!).
Wow. You guys got the Muppets right but the ranking is waaaaaay off! 1. Kermit 2. Miss Piggy 3. Fozzy 4. Gonzo 5.Rolf These Top Five are inter-changeable, but these are the top five muppets from the show HANDS DOWN. 6. Animal 7. Swedish Chef 8.Statler & Waldorf 9. Beaker 10. Sam The Eagle ( Waaaay Better Than Dr. Teeth and More Popular!)
Kermit - "Good grief, our comedian's a Bear!" 🐻 Fozzie - "No he's not, he's wearing a neck tie!" 👔 Me - "Incase you didn't get the joke, Bear sounds like bare."
My favorite Muppet character is Kermit the Frog because he gives good laughs when he wiggles his hand and says when he says the stars names from movies or shows
Come back tomorrow for Top 10 Muppets from Sesame Street! Make sure to also watch: The History of Sesame Street History of The Muppets Top 10 Christmas TV Specials
***** 1. The Last of Us 2. The Elder Scrolls series 3. Mass Effect series 4. Metal Gear Solid series 5. The Witcher series 6. Uncharted series 7. Red Dead Redemption 8. Bioshock series 9. Dragon Age series 10. God of War series Randomized order.
My top muppets are Animal (simply because of that james cobourne epiode :P), Rawlf, Kermit, Sweetums and Gonzo. I never cared much for miss piggy though... There was just something about her that annoyed me.
Some of the most familiar and popular Muppets are full-bodied characters. Big Bird is the best known example, though his Sesame Street cohorts include Snuffy and his family, Bruno the Trashman, Sam the Robot and Barkley. The Muppet Show played host to Sweetums, Thog, Timmy Monster, The Mutations, Doglion, Behemoth, Fletcher Bird, and Sopwith the Camel. The Gorgs loomed large on Fraggle Rock, while Bear and his friend Ursa star in Bear in the Big Blue House. Later examples include Mopatop on Mopatop's Shop. Various overseas versions of Sesame Street have had their own larger than life stars, including Kippi Ben Kippod, Boombah, Nimnim, and Zeliboba. Feature films brought a new raft of full-bodied characters, including Miss Finch, Mommy Dodo, Daddy Dodo, Marie Dodo and Donnie Dodo from Follow That Bird, and The Ghost of Christmas Present and The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come from The Muppet Christmas Carol.
The top 3 were in the order I came up with as soon as I saw this video but if Beaker had been left out I would have unsubscribed! =) Good top 10 list WMDC!!
I'm surprised they didn't show the scene of Kermit being sung to by Julie Andrews. Its not only the most iconic, its also my favorite. I wish Scooter had placed rather than honorable mention, but my favorite muppet made the list, so Go Rowlf :D
Here's what the list should've been like. 10. Rolf the Dog 9. Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem 8. The Sweedish Chef 7. Beaker 6. Statler and Woldorf 5. Animal 4. The Great Gonzo 3. Miss Piggy 2. Fozzie Bear Honorable Mentions: Robin, Sam the Eagle, Scooter, Rizzo the Rat, Camilla the Chicken, Sweetums, and Dr. Bunsen Honeydew. #1. Kermit the Frog
Mine's kind of a weird list but my favorite Muppets include Rizzo the Rat, Baskerville the Hound, Boppity Frackle, Robin the Frog, Pepe the King Prawn, Floyd Pepper, Gene aka Behemoth, Mean Mama, Happy Yellow Creature, Beautiful Day Monster and Nigel
1) Kermit 2) Fozzy 3) Rowlf 4) Gonzo 5) Animal 6) Dr. Teeth 7) Miss Piggy 8) Statler & Waldorf 9) Swedish Chef 10) Beaker. Giant shoutout to Scooter, Floyd, Zoot, Janice, Bunsen, Link Hogthrob, Sam Eagle, Sweetums and..... heck, no top 10 list is going to work coz 10 ain't enough.
But Gonzo and Rowlf were rated too low at number 7 and 9. Numbers 7 and 9? REALLY? The top six should have been Kermit Miss Piggy Gonzo Fozzy Scooter Rowlf Beeker, the Swedish chef, and Statler & Waldolf, and Animal could have taken the last 4 spots
Joshua Drew Yeah, I thought about putting Sam the Eagle on the list. But when I remember the muppets it was the ten I mentioned who got the most screen time to me, even in the cartoon show, too. Good stuff, Mr. Drew
I first saw Rowlf on The Jimmy Dean Show and have loved him ever since. He also did the extra spot on British television that wasn't shown in America. Animal would be a close second, and I agree with Animal and Sweetums about Rita Moreno.
Waldorf: What was that? Statler: It's called the medium video. Waldorf: The medium video? Statler: Yes, it wasn't rare and certainly wasn't well done. OH HO HO HO!
Statler: Well that list sure was something.
Waldorf: Yeah, something horrible!
Both: OHOHOHOHOHO
Marvelous! 💙
Lol great

Kermit may not be my favorite Muppet, but that's not going to stop me from admitting that there are no Muppets without Kermit.
Love that Animal got such a high score. They're all legends in my book ❤

If Ms. Piggy saw her number on this list she would give mojo a karate chop! Yes,she's my favorite!
Pink Lady I thought the same... she HAD to be #1, or else.
Number 3? Hi-ya!!
She would have picked #2 and left her Kermie at #1.
Me:Cries In fozzie bear
I've not watched much muppets, but she scares me
You know when you really think about it, Beaker is the precursor to Kenny from South Park. You often can't understand what they say and they mostly exist to be abused over and over again, just Kenny took it to the next level and dies repeatedly.
Holy shit you’re right
5:54: After Kermit the Frog rushes onstage and shouts, "Cut!" to stop the segment to save his nephew, Robin shouts, "Don't say, 'Cut', say, 'Stop'!"
The Swedish Chef is my all time favorite Muppet! Dr. Teeth and The Electric Mayhem were/are some badass cats! Really,ALL of the Muppets are great!
Kermit - "Hey, you wanna get back together?" Rowlf - "Huh, oh sure."
Hehe. Classic!
Bro. B.I.B. “Why wasn’t my part included in the montage? I thought it was pretty interesting.” Or something like that 😂
These all deserve an honorable mention:
Link Hogthrob; Rizzo; Crazy Harry; Janice; Floyd; Zoot; and Beauregard.
Lol I love Rizzo so much
Definitely!
Kermit the frog 's favourite year must be a leap year
Wocka Wocka!

UPlayNetwork oof that joke made me green
Dr. Teeth is number 1 in my book. I love him!
Fozzie: "I finally found the sure way to lose weight. I bought a scale that lies!"
I swear that is the funniest joke I've heard from him (his jokes are hilarious!).
Have you guys ever thought of doing a top ten for Gonzo's trumpet openings? That would be something hilarious to see!
i've always loved Gonzo. he was so much fun to watch and i can relate with him.
My favorite Muppets on the Muppet Show are the big giant ones like Doglion, Fletcher Bird, Timmy Monster, Thog, Betsy Bird, and Mean Mama.
Piggy has always been and will always be my favorite. She’s loud, over dramatic, and tells it like it is ❤️
Wait a minute, Kermit is number 1?? I did not see that coming (says sarcastically)
God, I love the Swedish Chef...
Wow. You guys got the Muppets right but the ranking is waaaaaay off!
1. Kermit
2. Miss Piggy
3. Fozzy
4. Gonzo
5.Rolf
These Top Five are inter-changeable, but these are the top five muppets from the show HANDS DOWN.
6. Animal
7. Swedish Chef
8.Statler & Waldorf
9. Beaker
10. Sam The Eagle ( Waaaay Better Than Dr. Teeth and More Popular!)
sam the eagle was funny when he shouted "you are all weirdos!" after they sang happiness hotel
Beaker = 3rd place

The Muppets are the best! I love them all. I have such happy childhood memories associated with the Muppets.
my favorites on the show were Kermit, fozzie, gonzo, and animal
Not me?

My favorite Muppet character is Kermit the Frog because he gives good laughs when he wiggles his hand and says when he says the stars names from movies or shows

9. Scooter
10. Zoot
The swedish chef and beaker are hilarious 😂
I would've ranked Fozzie a little higher, but I agree for the most part.
What about Rizzo the Rat?
He didn't really become a prominent character til after The Muppet Show.
Rizzo was big during the muppet show. He and his friends always helped Kermit with last minute issues.
Robert Herrera Rizzo the Rat first appeared around 1980 which is about the 5th season of the Muppet show
he 1st appeared in the Christopher reeve episode which was in late season 4
Both Rizzo and Pepe took over the late movies and shows.
Statler: I cant believe FOZZY as no.8
Waldorf: I cant believe he was there at all!
Ohohohohooo
Number #1 “Kermit the frog”
Me: HE BETTER BE lmao
BEAKER IS SO MUCH BETTER
1:04 Really? Well, Muppet Mayhem retconned that little detail.
My top muppets are
Animal (simply because of that james cobourne epiode :P), Rawlf, Kermit, Sweetums and Gonzo. I never cared much for miss piggy though... There was just something about her that annoyed me.
winnetouch Probably The Fact Shes A Drama Queen,Or She Forces Kermit To Love Her Or Else She Will Do Something Terrible.
The Muppets really are for everyone 🙂
Of course Kermit the Frog is in the number one spot. It's a no-brainer.
Some of the most familiar and popular Muppets are full-bodied characters. Big Bird is the best known example, though his Sesame Street cohorts include Snuffy and his family, Bruno the Trashman, Sam the Robot and Barkley. Great video would love to see a a Top 10 Muppet Show guest star list.
I must be the only one who thinks Sgt. Floyd Pepper is a Beatles reference, I'm too obsessed with them.
It would be a a bigger surprise if it wasn't.
Swedish chef is the greatest thing.
Tortoise Of Legends true dat
Bork de bork bork e de smork. :)
I'll be seeing his voice in a negative light thanks to Goodman from SuperMarioLogan
this made me so happy and brought back so many awesome memories! thanks mojo!
Fozzie Bear should've been in the Top 3.
Statler and Waldorf are my favorites. They're the original trolls who have the best comeback zingers
I really wanna be a kid again :( I love the Muppets.
#1 was NO surprise, Kermit is the face of the Muppets. XD
Ms. Piggy will always be my favorite, she is sassy ,outgoing, and confidant, Kermit is lucky to have her!

The top 3 were in the order I came up with as soon as I saw this video but if Beaker had been left out I would have unsubscribed! =) Good top 10 list WMDC!!
I was surprised that Scooter only got an honourable mention. I thought he would have been at least number 4.
I'm surprised they didn't show the scene of Kermit being sung to by Julie Andrews. Its not only the most iconic, its also my favorite.
I wish Scooter had placed rather than honorable mention, but my favorite muppet made the list, so Go Rowlf :D

Shame Honeydew and Rizzo the Rat weren't mentioned
I've never liked Rizzo, but Honeydew should've been on here somewhere
If Beaker isn’t mentioned I will have a conniption
Edit: 4 that’s acceptable
6:19 The Best Muppet Ever
I like Kermit, Gonzo, Rowlf, Zoot, Beaker, and Animal.
1) Kermit 2) Fozzy 3) Rowlf 4) Gonzo 5) Animal 6) Dr. Teeth 7) Miss Piggy 8) Statler & Waldorf 9) Swedish Chef 10) Beaker. Giant shoutout to Scooter, Floyd, Zoot, Janice, Bunsen, Link Hogthrob, Sam Eagle, Sweetums and..... heck, no top 10 list is going to work coz 10 ain't enough.
Who else saw number 1 coming from the start?
As for Muppet placement on this list, I quote the Great Gonzo...."Yokels, what do they know about art!?"
Is it just me or does most of these videos have the mascot as number 1?
Gonzo is my favorite!!!! He's so adorable!
YES YIHHA THE SWEDISCH CHEF IS IN HERE HOORAY HOORAY
Fozzie Bear is my NUMBER ONE FAVORITE!!!! ❤️
But Gonzo and Rowlf were rated too low at number 7 and 9. Numbers 7 and 9? REALLY? The top six should have been
Kermit
Miss Piggy
Gonzo
Fozzy
Scooter
Rowlf
Beeker, the Swedish chef, and Statler & Waldolf, and Animal could have taken the last 4 spots
fozzy is also too low. i totally agree with you.
but i also think the eagle should be on the list as well instead of an honorable mention.
Joshua Drew Yeah, I thought about putting Sam the Eagle on the list. But when I remember the muppets it was the ten I mentioned who got the most screen time to me, even in the cartoon show, too. Good stuff, Mr. Drew
***** Ugh, I have Kermit as number 1.
u gotta LOVE, THE SWEETISH CHEF!! with his song and dance!!! MORT MORT MORT,then throws things behind him!!
You forgot to mention that Animal was modeled in part after Keith Moon
Who? ;)
No really ? I love Animal even more now
simone robson The Kids Are Alright (1979), anyone?
EvilMonkeyReturns . uh, no.
It's a song by and documentary about The Who.
Really?
Beaker will always be my favourite as I love it's singing
Omg if Beaker didnt make this list, I would have been upset lol
But Floyd Pepper tho... other than that, pretty spot on!!
Gonzo at #7?!?!?! Are you kidding me. He should be #2 easily. After kermit hes tge best and most famous muppet. I call shenanigans.
BEAKER NUMBER 4, HE IS THE BEST
Nah Animal deserves number 2, Gonzo should be 3. But I agree Gonzo and Fozzie at 7 and 8 is a joke.
I love The Muppets. The Muppets are my favorite.
Animal is my favorite!
hell yes
7:52 I've always love it how Kermit is just thrown to the curtain like that.
Pepe the king prawn!!!!
I am not a shrimp! I am a king prawn!
+Joe B Pepe never appeared in the Muppet Show. He was a later creation, first appearing in a 90s era Muppet television series called Muppets Tonight.
Sí!
Yasssssss
I think Animal and Fozzie Bear should have switched places on this List.
Sweetums is my favorite. randomly pops up and was the only regular do do a song with Alice Cooper
watch mojo: number one kermit the frog
me: who would of guessed
My fav is Rowlf the dog
Yes, I know you made this comment three years ago, but I'm commenting anyway just because I'm so happy to see another Rowlf fan.
I first saw Rowlf on The Jimmy Dean Show and have loved him ever since. He also did the extra spot on British television that wasn't shown in America. Animal would be a close second, and I agree with Animal and Sweetums about Rita Moreno.
ANIMAL!!!!! animals probably my favorite :D kermits a close second though
Statler & Woldorf...what all RUclips commenters wish to aspire to...
Fozzie and Gonzo deserved to be higher!😤
Why is Gonzo so low on the list?!?! o_O
He's like what Donald Duck is to classic Disney or Daffy Duck to the Looney Tunes.
His stunts are among the craziest moments on the show!
Rip JH, we will always love you
I like Animal, but I don't think he trumps Miss Piggy. They should have put Animal at 3, then Piggy then Kermit at 1.
Waldorf: What was that?
Statler: It's called the medium video.
Waldorf: The medium video?
Statler: Yes, it wasn't rare and certainly wasn't well done.
OH HO HO HO!
Beaker is my faaav! Then Swedish chef :)
mine too 😊
#Beakertothemeep
Who are the 62 people that gave this a thumbs down? The Muppets rule!
