Another great reaction. So much of this show is subtext and the weight of the unseen and barely spoken past so to see him actually hit Roman is pretty shocking. I think Kendall's reaction is pretty telling too, like he's in a kind of post-season 1 finale subservient state and this immediately knocks him back out of it for a moment. A scene we can infer has played itself out a number of times before. I love Kendall/Shiv/Roman, these damaged (often terrible) kids. Logan is a compelling character and brilliantly acted but yeah monstrous for sure. Also agree that longer videos would totally work - this season finale (to be honest all of them but particularly season 2 + 3) is a banger and deserves a longer video if that works for you.
They managed to make the scene feel so out of pocket but still very Succession, letting one thing slip out of the realm of subtext but so much of the richness of the scene is still subtextual. You can just feel, without being told, that this violent incident is but a microcosm of an overall pattern of abuse. Just like with cruises!
Always enjoy watching you react to Succession! I was looking forward to this one in particular - it’s always so shocking when Logan slaps Roman, and I think it’s low-key such a pivotal scene to the whole show.
Stewie doesn't trust Kendal but Kendal shouldn't trust him either and it shows this repeated error he is making in giving Stewie important information that can be used against them.
You really think Roman would go against Logan? D'you not remember s1e6 where Roman folded under pressure in the vote? Logan's alternate strategy was getting Saudi money and make the company private. It is currently publicly traded at the share market so the blowbacks are big. And finally if you want to learn how awful the cruise situation is then I recommend The Patriot Act episode on that. Hasan Minhaj does a brilliant job to explain with humor the issues!!
Nice deep cut with the Patriot Act! (still super upset that it got cancelled) Now that you reminded me, I do recall how messed up and dangerous cruises are/have been in general, so it's good that this show also shines a light on it all.
@@MovieMan101 Not me about to edit the comment so no one is none the wiser but blanking on what to put that matches reply in context....? I'm confused too.
I felt so bad for Roman. I also don't mind longer videos, whatever you prefer and feel comfortable with is fine.
Appreciate the input! Might give it a go....

Logan has never looked so desperate running after Nan's car.
Thank you all for the input! Think I'm going to go ahead and try some longer episodes and see how those play out
Longer videos are not a problem. In fact they play better. Drop a few and see.
Appreciate the input! Might give it a go....
Longer videos would be delightful! Though it might not be for all viewers. Maybe give it a try with a couple videos and see how the audience reacts?
